Claudia's death was legit one of the most disturbing on screen deaths they really upped the game with effects this year and it was so painful and heartbreaking...
Knowing what was going to happen with Claudia and Madeline didn't lessen the impact of that scene. Beautiful performances by everyone. Claudia was doomed the day she was born. She was too young. She's always been such a tragic figure in the books for me. I cannot wait until the next episode. I need to see the showdown between Louis and Lestat. Even in death Madeline put Claudia first. Enjoyed your reaction and commentary as always!
"I thought of this often in the coffin." Often in the coffin. We don't really know that he came for revenge, do we?
Only Louis keeps saying this lol. He doesn’t know. Pure assumption from guilt
We need a "maniacal laughter followed by 'its not funny'" counter for your reactions😂
They have been greenlit for season 3🎉! I just found out a couple minutes ago! Let's go🎉
Can't believe the season went by so fast! I loved you calling out the absolute hypocrisy that was the trial and Claudia having to suffer the consequences of it broke my heart. Her and Louis being ripped apart despite how rocky things have been between them was hard to see bc I knew it would be their last time seeing each other. I truly believed her when she said she would be back to take them all out though. What an amazing character
oh you so justified claudia and louis innocents so eloquently in the intro! I honestly think you could've saved them with your testimony :(
No, the vampire coven would’ve silenced anyone who tried to defend them. That’s what was unfair in this whole episode.
To be fair they did kill Antoinette even if we are happy they did 😂 she was lowkey innocent. Another person getting caught in the crosshairs of louis and lestats love just like Claudia was. Claudias death is so traumatic tho, antoinette had a faster death. Armand when I catch you!
Omg honestly bahaha I really forgot about her innocence just out of pure annoyance with her 😭
@@celestinebuendia like she was getting abused and manipulated by Lestat the entire time. She wanted to lock lestat down so bad. She held him down when him and Louis were split for a bit lol
When I say NONE of us care about Antoinette!!! 🤣🤣
@@daniellestewart9255 the way i forgot she existed until they brought her up during the trial! Like wait they got a point. Even tho we didnt want claudia to die, she did kill her..
@Cool_beansmh Forgot all about her!!!! 😂🤣
I've been waiting for this reaction all week! You handled this episode well Brianna!
This episode was so good. I still love my VampBae Louis and Ima stick beside his depressed, sad, dramatic, selfish, unreliable memory self!!!! 😂
Lestat knows he can strut honey!!!!
When he said Louis chased and hunted him and calling out to him saying Come to me, I legit said "Oh hell naw!!" 😂 Louis calling out to Lestat from his mind!!!!! Lestat HUNTED Louis!!!!!! Lestat if you don't sit yo tall string bean in a pin stripe suit ass down with this lying!!!!! Louis was saying Come to me????? Bruh made a whole record singing "It's been an hour since you been gone. And it's too long so come back home" Lestat.....stop it!! 😂
I'm skeptical of that convo about turning Claudia. Just the part about him saying it's against vampire law to turn her. That sounds too much like right for Lestat. But when Louis dragged Claudia across the carpet begging to turn her, I said "If you dont pick up our not yet daughter sister!!! She already burnt!!!!!! Pick her up!!!!"
My daughter sister went out like a G!!! Babygirl said she coming back and killing all of them!!
And Louis is about to snap
Three minutes in and I’m already cracking up about you calling Claudia murdering all of those people a learning experience 😂 like fr free my girl she’s done nothing wrong, we all have growing pains
Your comments in the beginning were so good, and right on.
September 8, 1973 to be exact.
When we see Sam's guarding Armand, we also see (especially in the first shot of him there) that he's holding scythe. The coven is also slow a few times to silence outbursts from Claudia and Louis and Lestat going off-script.
What if Armand's achilles tendons were also cut, so he'd be slow enough Sam really could behead him with that scythe? What if the coven was also doing mental battle on Armand?
When we see Lestat in S1 make all the soldiers leave the home, he gets a nose bleed. Armand is stronger, but this is a larger building with many more people with heightened emotions. It's believable he couldn't pull the banishment hypnosis trick enough to save all three of them. And if he let Claudia live but not Madeline, Claudia really would throw herself into a fire like Armand told Madeline she eventually would, and that might have been even worse for Louis's mental health.
If this happened, would you forgive Armand? I do.
Oh my gosh!! Did you catch episode 8?? My sweet Lestat! 😢omg
@@Lovemydawg LMAO YES and I am laaaaughing manically at myself because the last ep really flipped my loyalties! Louis was not the only one who had been fooled.
@@DontDrinkTheLuminol I can’t wait to see who takes the role of Akasha and Lestat’s mother, talk about a badass vampire queen! I love his mothers character
I literally was waiting for this WHOLE week!!! Please don't do us this again, and keep us waiting so long, lol. I'm going to watch your video now . Thanks!
Been anticipating this all day!! Can’t wait to see your reaction!❤
oh god when you cried I wanted to cry
I know The Afterlife is gonna be like "You know what, Claudia? You get it, girl! Don't hold back on your outrage. Now get them and show no mercy!"
girl you just posted this and i CAN'T WAIT for you to see the finale
Another great reaction while looking amazing. I do hope you watch behind the episode at a later date though. 💜
Your reactions are a highlight of my week, and despite the painful performance of the 'trial' and the tragedy of Claudia and Madeleine's deaths, I was applauding your staunch defence of them throughout this vid and wholeheartedly seconding your calls for revenge on every last member of the coven and their feral audience!! Santiago had no right looking that good while orchestrating this 'stoning,' and those colourful cartoons were far too entertaining to be respectful (loved the raccoon turning up, ngl), but I'll be sending Daniel Hart my funeral costs after he killed me with the score (again)! Enjoying seeing Lestat in the flesh again to such an unholy extent, is likely why I'm destined for hell, but I can't help myself, I am weak for this sometimes lying/sometimes honest troublemaker - especially when Carol insists on him wearing a pinstripe suit!! *deep breath* Anyway, may Louis's revenge be served ice cold and lightning quick in the finale!! ❤🔥 Love your work, Brianna!
And here I was missing your uncomfortable laughs and the "it's not funny" from Hannibal reactions lol
Another amazing episode.
I ONLY WANT YOUR REACTION/ REVIEW for IWAV.
THANK YOU❤❤❤🎉
As I was getting ready for bed and finishing this vid I saw the finale dropped and girlie I am just now getting to sleep at 6 am and I am GUTTED
Oh my God yesss I didn't watch this ep til Thursday but I checked like 3 times everyday since to see your reaction
Ohhhh girl!! We now know Lestat is gonna go on tour!! What genre of music do y’all think he will play?? It was metal in the book.
You should react to the Constantine TV show. John Constantine is pretty much a badass magician in the DC universe.
Although i am glad they didnt go with the book death (she had a f'ed book death too with body horror elements), Claudia was mocked, tortured, and was still treated like an afterthought in front of people she entertained for hundreds of performances. And Lestat held her there, she would have not tried to kill him if he had let her go. But her and her new love get burnt alive 😢. And screw Armand's lying ass
Claudia was 46 years old! It's not much even for humans, let alone vampires!
