I want to get one of these for my nieces but tune it to open G (GDg) to match my cigar bix tuning.
I love fender but I would like to see one of these with an SG shape. Then angus could have a properly sized guitar.
My last two Fender purchases were a Lego Stratocaster, and a Loog Fender Stratocaster. All my other Stratocasters (both Fender and Squire) are normal size. The Loog takes a bit to get used to because your hands and eyes play tricks on you at first. But you get used to it fast enough. It sounds good, and I'm abnormally proud to own one hehe. Since it is 3 strings, I call it my Shamicaster (after the Shamisen).

I’m thinking about buying one for my 6 year old. I play a little guitar (not well, but sort of). He’s really into AC/DC, nirvana, sabbath, etc. I would like to teach him the art of the powerchord. I’d like for him to learn on this while his hands are smaller, then I can graduate him to a full-size guitar in a few years. Can the guitar be tuned to E, A, D?
It can, but you’d need the correct string set

Standard tuning top 3 strings. It also comes with some flash cards, so really you learn the top half of chords, and can play a lot of lead right out of the box.
