9XR & RC5HL Setup - Correct cable connection and jumper selection for the RC5HL

How to connect the 6 channel HobbyKing and 8 channel Turnigy receivers to the RC5HL. Please note that for the 8 channel receiver CH2 goes into IN3 and CH3 into IN2. Also note the positions for the receiver selection jumper.
