I live in Tenino WA.. In the city proper they charged 150 a month for water and sewer. We moved out to a more rural 5 acres where the water is free and has a septic. The well water was tested when we first moved in and is good clean healthy water. The money saved pays for the electric bill all year round as an average summer and winter. There are small lakes all around are area so the water will never run out. The water never has to be treated,, just a double filter to clean out small sediments... When we moved here i added a heat pump water heater, the unit was paid for by the local utility company as they were pushing for energy saving. We added a lot of insulation in the attic also to save cost. It is cheaper to live here, then at are last house that was half the size.. this is 2600 sf. The house is paid for, all the cars and truck is paid for. My harley sits in the shop,, paid for.. The 2400 SF shop was here when we bought the house. The first house we bought in 2011 for 40k and sold for 200 k..we spent 70k in that house to fix it up. So we made 90 thousand cash and had free rent because the house was paid for...so 90k plus 70k of free rent= 160k... i am a retired construction guy...so i do all remodeling yard work and repairs if needed. The wife still works because she loves her job and makes 120k... that is a lot of money when you have no payments... The point of this story is if your willing to start small and do your own work you can get out of debt forever. Good luck!

Cosmo Fitz - after the static level the casing has holes in it every 8 to 10 inches going down each side of it. Watch the video and look close. That's not circles of algea.

the lower sections have holes in them (perforated) that's how the water flows in. see how the water clears up when camera enters the sections with holes.
