Make these on site all time, dont need a table saw, or even to be able to cut straight, just use the factory sheet edge as the guide peice, cut it off stick it back with mitre bond, one more cut, done.
Use 1.5" screw and the will stick out the bottom just enough to stick to what you put it on but not enough to really mark up what you are cutting. Keeps the jig from sliding. Works better than a accurip or whatever kreg calls that thing.
I use this all the time, but I believe you should use 1/2" so it's easier to hold in place with spring clamps. Also, if you use it a lot, then you should replace your track every now and then.
I've used plenty of track saws as well as made guides similar to this.. there's nothing wrong with this, though I'd have used a more durable material than this.
Dude, you're awesome bro. Love your Ministry. SHALOM from Toronto Canada

I used 1/4” eucaboard. Lighter and does same job.
Did you leave any on the backside to clamp it down?
The 4-6 inch strip that's also used as a guide.
Nice, but what to do with no table saw?

Nice but thin long cuts too much wobble

Thank you
P.S. Got ya beat! Been doing for a living for over 30 years
Stopped watching as soon as I saw the word 'Ryobi'.
Just don’t use Ryobi tools! 😂😂😂
He used the Ryobi because it's left handed, so we could see what he's doing. Most of the good brands are right handed saws.
Your 2in will be a 1/16th in short
Precisely 👍
Then ya measure 2 1/16 in lol
That's why he giggled a bit 😂
0:27 That is why your cheap track sucks. 😂 Spend 40 bucks and buy real 5 feet long stuff.
