You need more STR to full swing the Ele bow, also every 30 STR you have with the bow talent will give more damage when using bows so 90, 120, 150, 180, 210. I recommend farming maj points and leveling angels to +15 for extra stats. As an archer I think the best one to level first is INT because you need 62 INT for the spell haste so minus 16 from that leaves you with 46 INT that will let you cast Fire Wall still with out an angel so you can still support your team if someone does get para and they need to get out quick. You should not really use LUK. LUK is used more for farming parts from Slimes, Ants and Snakes to sell to others 150 for 1c to level their alchemy to 50 so they can make Inv pots. Id say go 150 STR, 80VIT, 46(+16) INT, 50 MAG, and left over into DEX so 151. The reason why you want some MAG is because ele bow also uses MAG for hit rate so you don't really lose HR on that for hunting, 50 gives you faster cast speed (with 100% magic skill) and better MP ticks to help keep your mana up as you hunt. PvP you can't really use a Ele bow but it hits like a truck when people are off, the only thing is in mass fights most players wont be off. After you get your INT angel to max +15 then you can work on the other ones like STR and DEX. When you get some RB you can pump your STR up and go for 210 for max damage with a bow. So an Angel+15 at 194 STR will give you the most damage.
