From racing cars to designer bags, custom cakes by Hong Kong baker Alison Chan are being showcased in the city’s first “illusion cake” exhibit. Featuring hyperrealistic cakes, the exhibition at K11 Musea displays Chan’s confectionery prowess in 16 lifelike illusion cakes, which are hidden among everyday items. The exhibition opens to the public on July 29, 2022, and is set to run until September 11.
