I'm a 5"8" male and and would not want to be taller than 5"11" I work in IT and met a guy who was 6"10" he said he said he would never date a tall woman because his life was miserable growing up being teased and bullied for how tall he was. Actually, girls start "wanting/craving" tall guys usually by the time that they are 17, regardless of his face.
Very rarely do girls 16 and under want tall guys, and usually those girls just want guys that are simply a bit taller than her, since the developed tall height might remind them of their dad/uncle/granddad or other male authority figure. 1. Having breakfast every day (e.g. A toast with cheese [Gouda for example] and roasted turkey) with a glass of milk

3. Sleep at least 8 hours per day (at least on weekends and holidays where it’s more doable). It's not always genetics. My Dad is 183 cm (6') and my mom is 170 cm (5'7"), but I am 5'8" myself. I have a friend of mine who is 190 cm (6'3"), and none of his parents nor grandparents is higher than me. I do not know the exact figures but all of them are definitely lower than 5'7".

Look man . I'm not denying that height is a desirable trait, but trust me, It's not the be all end all. I'm a 6'3" "normie" and I still struggle a lot on dating apps . Do I get matches ? sure. The vast majority of my matches are a combination of fat/fugly/single mothers. Rarely do I match with an average chic ( Forget about the hot ones) . And the majority of the average ones ignores me. Good looks /status trumps height if you're average or even slightly below average height. I have done this experiment where I made a profile with a model with a 5'6" height . still got waaaay more matches and quality than I ever have gotten with my 6'3" height.

I don't know if gen Z women are that tall on average. People at my school are 15-18, so their final heights are set. I'm 5'10. Some of them are my height are taller than me, but the vast majority of them are shorter. I find it hard to believe that the average height for women shot up by 5-6 inches so quickly
