The first-person perspective showing your arms and legs was quite unique in its time. Definitely helps in pulling off that parkour feel.

Might sound weird but for a couple seconds I swear I could smell grandma's living room I played this game in when it came out. Nostalgia messing with my senses lol oh and the soundtrack omg

I played this in front of my grandma too. Her brain exploded seeing the graphics. Her only other exposure to gaming was the SNES.

mirror's edge really lacked music or any background music in the tutorial. idk if they forgot to add soundtracks, but the fake car honking on top of the building rooftop doesn't make sense.
