Woow🎉, this was one, most bodyshops will tell the customer to replace it. You just saved it for being wasted. Impressive
Marin you are right on. Thank you for your insight.
@@DentDiscountPDRBodyShop I still learn from you
@@DentDiscountPDRBodyShop hey nice job, where do u buy that Hammer?
@@DentDiscountPDRBodyShop Please advise me. Who should I go to for a similar repair? I am willing to go to any State.
@@DentDiscountPDRBodyShopThe man who rips on steel is no joke!
Great demonstration. I went to CZcams University to learn auto body myself. It's videos like this one that really help. Thanks man.
Glad it was helpful!
Never would have thought that porta-power could be used this way. Very cool 🤯
Justin, thank you for checking up my video
I have done similar to this using a friction jack...but back in my day we hadnt figured out that hot melt glue holds this well. I had to remove paint and weld on pull plates.
I am in absolute awe that this is even possible.
That’s a great technique with the porta power. That’s the first time to see that. Thank you for sharing!
Most impressive the way that glue and 2 x 4 could hold up the weight of that Daytona porta power. Amazing repair. Body Tech of 35 years practice with PDR rods and cold glue pulling and glue pulling for 10 years now
This guy is amazing fixing dents with out replacing the panel saving the client hundreds of dollars and make it look brand new 👍 😎
this actually cost more than replacing.
@@Val2073 Certainly not.
It actually does. Probably a 1 to 2k repair
@@DEIM237 A good mechanic bodybuilder you give it 200$ to redo it, a new wing cost +350$, do your accounts.
Hey Mr steel I am a body tech still learning and working.. I started in 85 I love what I see in Pdr seems like the way forward and may I say you sir have an incredible, dowtless hard one talent
Thanks for sharing
Pdr is like black magic. It boggles my mind how these dents get removed perfectly.. ive seen some crazy pdr pulls. It never ceases to amaze me.
From one tech to another amazing job Ken!!!
Gone platinum thank you again for your comment. I appreciate it.
Thanks for bringing skill back in the game and not just panel replacement
Mustang rebuilder thank you for your comment
Out of the trade for some time Had about 18 thousand in tools that are now useless because it's either panel replacement or total the car Very sad for real body techs
Brilliant, never thought of using my porta power like that, and I've been a panelbeater for 46 yrs 👍👍👍
Glad it helped Paul thank you
1 month in doing body work for a high-volume repair shop, I can't wait to get some tools but flintstone tools will work until I can afford to. I couldn't believe my eyes when you pulled that dent that would save me some time. been watching videos for a month now and the PBR are the good ones. Its amazing what you can learn online.
Right on if it flips it ships I really appreciate it
Thanks for calling me back can’t wait to take a class! See you soon!
I’m ready when you are. Thank you for your comment Glock 45.
I think blackhawk makes a nice porta power. I've had one for over 20 years and it still works like new.
Amazing skills! I’ve never seen anything like

Thanks for your excellent presentations. I have done some small things for myself and need to do some now on my minivan, so I am trying to learn things. Peace.
45 years in the collision/refinish industry in every facet, except PDR. Fascinating and I wish I was much younger than I am now.
John, thank you for your comment appreciate it
That was awesome been able to save that, great talent you have 👌
I use the otc stinger 4ton porta power. It’s served me well for a number of years now
Right on that’s a good one that’ll work 4 ton is all you need
Amateur here, but done some bodywork and welding, and watched lots of your videos andused some your techniques, too, to bump out some dents, but I was pretty surprised when that PP pulled that fender Forward away from the door and spread that dent back to near normal ! Great work! Really pays to know the mechanics of moving metal.
Thank you for your comment
That’s right. Beautiful application of mechanics.
Thanks for teaching us
It is really magic! I am very impresived by yuor art! Thank you,man of steal! Dragan from Serbia

I bought and made some tools, bridge puller, tower puller after watching your channel

I have my next one in my computer I’m going to start to edit.

I need more of your training!
Welcome aboard! My email is on my website for training
I would love to learn all your tips. I love buying repairable cars and trucks to work on and sell. This would be most helpful. I'm also a welder, so the two trades would complement the other. Awesome video my brother.
Right on! Learning, PDR will definitely save you some money when you need to do Dents on your vehicles
Great job friend
Thank you! Cheers!
That was an awesome repair!!!
Thanks 👍 Richard
This is awesome I think I’m going to buy some of these tools. much better fixing dent when you don’t have to repaint
you are the best Bro
PDR on a different level! Beautiful work!
Much appreciated!
Thank you.
You are above the clouds👑🥇
Thank you
Amazing as usual.
Thanks again!
Awesome work. I have a 99 CLK 320 with a huge dent behind the driver's door. I want it fixed right, only a chip at the edge that meets the door.
I'm thinking about starting the next chapter of my life with a new career and PDR and my part of the country seems to be non-existent except the dealership level and a guy that travels around and works on dealer vehicles I would love to get into this I've been watching different videos of yours or other guys so I'm All About Learning there's just nowhere locally to go to pick anything up and I know a lot of it's self-taught technique but there are things that I think a professional like you can teach and obvious like me to bring me up to speed quicker to have a viable income in the long run
That your DSM in the background? Great work as always!
Ahh, the old PDR rod behind-the-back trick! 😎
Don thank you for checking up my video
You are the best.
Excellent work friend, a doubt what brand of hot silicone you used to glue the wood since it resisted well. thanks for your videos
Greetings which are your favorite glue sticks thanks. Great job you do👍🏻
