Q Where are you from?
A I am born in former Yugoslavia. Mom is Serbian, Dad is Bosnian. During the '90's war we came to the Netherlands and I got Dutch nationality. Have been living in Amsterdam for over 5 years.
Q How can you afford to travel so much?
A I saved for 3 years while working full time and now travel vlogging is my job. I work together with tourism agencies but also do some freelance work on the side.
Q What camera do you film with?
A Canon G7X
Q Why doesn't Stephan want to be on camera?
A Because he is an artist manager and feels artists should be in the spotlight. Way before he met me he already never featured in party pics or anything.
Q Why do you usually travel alone?
A Because my friends have jobs with limited holidays, kids and partners. Also I really like exploring on my own.

I have spent over 15 years in India in bits and pieces over 40 years of my life. 1 thing I notice, every thing changes in 100 kms, the Language, the food, Yet being involved in politics since birth, I do get hurt. I loved it much more as a kid because the rat race was less. But I will share a story. I went to a Bazar in Delhi to buy leather jackets. I was about 15 years of age then. What was amazing in the market all the traders were also Russian speakers because their biggest clients were Russian. When I came out I grabbed an ice cream because the market was hot, I was glum having spent the day with my mum and aunt who are terrible long winded shoppers. I sat down on some stairs and a man was sitting there he had no limbs, He was fed and cared for by other street people. He just started joking with me he was so funny and he taught me a huge life lesson, JUST BE HAPPY. I have never lost his words and his image from my mind.

Everything you said is absolutely true.. I am an Indian and there was point in my life I felt the need to get out of India and so, I went away to New Zealand for a couple of years. But staying in New Zealand I realised India is truly the best. Yes, people are very poor in India but that does not stop them from being truly happy, unlike what I experienced in New Zealand and so, I came running back to my home country :)
So I came running back to my home country. Lovely. Like a child, like a calf to their mother.

Whenever I see foreigner's in India I have always felt like greeting them but for some reason I get scared what if they think I am being too friendly
India is heaven for vegeterian people. Living in germany myself I see the daily struggle in my company's canteen to find something vegeterian other than salad. I can cook but cooking is not always an option while your day is hectic with work and post work engagements !
bro take some 3 to 7 days meal preparation video lesson from you time, there are many options from healthy to spicy. prepare them once, keep in fridge and enjoy in coming days continuously.

We have two types of weather in our state. Hot in Jammu region in summer and the temperature goes to nearly 45 degrees. But During winters we have Snowfall in Kashmir region. So from that u can understand the diverse weather of india.

The climate of Spiti is too cold to support even tundra vegetation.
Guys one thing u need to know is , even the Indian military have shown jugaad some times,
For example during 1971 war Indian Navy planned to attack Karachi port of Pakistan. But at that time the Pakistani Navy was some more advanced with long range destroyers got from USA ,and India doesn't had that advanced warship at their disposal
So they used Russian made petrol boats with less range to attack the Karachi
Even though they have a very less range which are built to petrol closs to shore, The Indian navy toed these boats near to the Karachi for attack and without even a single casuality on our side but the Karachi have burned to ashes
That was a new face of India in Naval warfare .

I have been twice, and so thankful for the experience. India got under my skin, I crave going back. It's a very intense place, good, beautiful and harsh. The food! I was so excited for every meal! I found myself ordering way too much food, just because I WANTED TO TRY EVERYTHING. The people I met left a lifetime imprint. The sounds and smells, my eyes snuggled to see everything, so beautiful. Thank you for sharing your experience, it made me smile and remember my own experiences.

I'm a South Indian and am grateful our region is getting it's due attention as does the North. Yet I'd like more international travellers to consider our neglected yet probably prettiest region the North East. I love my North eastern brothers and sisters and hope they get the recognition due to them.
