There are different types of executive MBA programs - full-time (on campus), online and hybrid (online classes and you need the campus at regular intervals). Most people continue their jobs along with higher education - it totally depends on how you will be able to manage your time

@@thelastbencher. Only FRM would never help you switch if you don't have prior experience in that field. FRM is meant for either starting career in these companies or progressing career where you already have experience. Do not expect FRM for complete career change, for that, you will have to go for MBA program instead.

3. When do they issue an actual passing certificate for frm viz. After passing exams or after submission of work exp proof?
FRM certification is awarded after a candidate has passed FRM Exam Part I and Part II and has two years of relevant work experience.
