Pride Party @Civic Center, San Francisco

When it comes to Pride celebrations, nobody does it quite like San Francisco-and in 2023, Pride is back and better than ever.
For its 53rd year, under the banner of "Looking Back and Moving Forward" this year's Pride celebration reflects on the lessons and triumphs of the past, while also focusing on contemporary social justice leaders.
First, it was the parade ( • San Francisco Pride Pa... ), right after was the parties at the Civic Center in front of the City Hall.
Decked out in rainbow-colored hues from head to toe, the loud, raucous and irreverent showed just how it was done to celebrate love, equality, and expression!
San Francisco Civic Center is distinguished by its many beaux arts-style government buildings and performing arts venues. City Hall, a sprawling 1915 landmark with a gold-leafed dome, anchors a complex that includes the elegant War Memorial Opera House, the Asian Art Museum and a large plaza.
