    Laura’s Fabulous “Flour” Baking Mix may be used in recipes that call for Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend:
    I cup oat fiber (amzn.to/3kbxrim - affiliate)
    3 tablespoons coconut flour (amzn.to/3IDfkyS)
    3 tablespoons ground golden flax seed (amzn.to/2Z25kID) or whole seed (amzn.to/420eUte) to grind so that you have 3 tablespoons of ground seed
    2 tablespoons almond flour (amzn.to/3h0cLWL)
    1/2 teaspoon glucomannan (amzn.to/3550sGo)
    Mix all of above together to blend evenly. This may be used as a stand-in for any recipe that calls for Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend. However, this is NOT a 1-to-1 substitute for white flour.

      Thank you, Rebecca. I plan on making the FlufferNutter again, but the next time I’m going to make at least six of the FlufferNutters because now I know they will freeze well. I’ll eat one of the FlufferNutters when I make this combo of recipes, and freeze the others so that I can enjoy more for my efforts.
