I can’t believe my husband waited 10 years to eat this Delta style corn moimoi called ukpo oka.
Ingredients I used;
5 medium sized fresh corn (removed from the cob)
2 tablespoons crayfish powder
2 cooking spoon palm oil
Dried prawn
Dried fish (optional
Stock cubes
Salt to taste
