Big Pauly - Krátké a kreslené filmy
I bought a 65 inch LG C3 back at the start of the year. Every time I watch it it blows my mind with how good it looks.
4k Blu-rays like 2001, Bladerunner, Alien etc are jaw dropping on it.
You done a great job Pauly and the LG Oled tv looks great fantastic picture as well.
excellent Pauly, enjoy all the wonderful picture quality OLED has to offer for years to come.
Awesome TVs. Welcome to the lg oled family mate
sit back and enjoy well done pauly
I brought a LG 55' Oled 2 years ago to replace my Samsung LCD the difference between them is amazing , so hope you enjoy your new tv Paul 👍
Thanks for showing us , i hope your new setup gives you years of pleasure
Got my 65 Panasonic OLED in December 2022. At that time I also had two LG OLEDs on the shortlist. I had mine delivered and mounted to the wall. I am really happy with sharp picture of the OLED. My 4Ks look amazing on it.
Also I just saw, that we have the same 4K UHD Player from Panasonic.
Always a good day when I see someone come to the oled side
There should be some film on the back of the tv as well Paul mate, don’t forget to peel it off 👍🏼
Nope didn’t have one, think it was only on the 48 inch that I saw
Nice job there Paul, all that hard work has paid off mate, I like the new media stand too 👍 take care mate👍😃👍
Had an LG C8 65 inch since 2018 and still going strong. Fantastic picture quality and the deepest blacks.
Good luck with your new TV. Looks very nice 👍
Congrats Pauly. Would love an OLED and just waiting for my existing Sony Bravia to die. 7 years and unfortunately still going strong 😂
The older TV's were built to last though since owning an OLED, would never go back
That looks bloody fantastic paul
Congratulations 🎊 👏
Hi buddy. I got a 65"C3 late 2023 and love it. Oled is the way forward. Just letting you know soon as you get it setup go straight into settings and into energy saving and TURN THAT OFF! then you will get the full benifit of the brightness👍🏻
Awesome 👌 I'm getting that TV soon 😀 👍 great set up
Once you go OLED you won't go back. Had my Sony OLED for a couple of years now and love it
Well done, Big P! Glad you finally got it, looks awesome and makes me a bit jealous. Ok, a lot jealous! Yes, I put a pull-down projector screen in front of my 55" 3D tv and it works great. The tv's a 2012 LG 3D model. I hope I get a few more hours out of it. Like you, I do enjoy 3D.
Great video mate
Welcome to the Oled family you will love it, did you say you had a blu ray player and a 4k player just wondered why you dont use the 4k player for both i might of misheard you. Great set up👍
Wow! That’s a mahoosive TV!!! It looks great. Health to enjoy!
God bless the man carrying it in his shoulder 😂
That rug really ties the room together !
Lol.
Nice, love the lg TVs 👍
I used to be with you there with the holes in walls situation, hated it with a passion because I always cocked it up. Now I don’t mind them as I’ve got better with time and always do a decent job!
Top tip: Once you’ve pencilled a spot, get a drill bit first (a really small one) and make the hole… then gradually up the size of the bit until it’s getting nearer the size of your rawl plug. Keep trying the rawl plug for size as you go against the hole until it’s a
snug’ fit then ‘gently’ hammer it in. Then you just screw it in. Jobs a good’un 👍🏼
Great video love how it looks now
Looks great 👍
Great vid Pauly. I hope you peeled off the clear sheet at the back of the TV as well as the front 🙂👍🏻
Actually I looked to do that, but it didn’t have one on the back
@@BigPauly ah, ok. Strange that it didn’t have one though.
Looks great I mounted my 75” LG 4k finally only thing I need to do is hide the wires and hook up my receiver and install ceiling speakers hopefully but anyway tv looks great too
I got the exact same tv just over 2 months ago. Best tv ive ever had. Avatar was also the first movie i watch on mine too. Enjoy it.
Just google picture settings for that tv you have.
I bought the c3 a couple weeks ago as I was decorating the bedroom only got the 48 inch one as the bedroom ain't the biggest but it's the best tv I've bought films look great and even the ps5 games look out of this world
Sane as you coukd bot live without my 3d projector..woukd you not just take a hacsaw to the top shelf of the table to lower it?
Try putting the red carpet over the bottom of the speaker stand to level it off.
Let's hope you have insured that room hahaha all them wires and electricity I hope you have a good extension cable 😂
Why didn't you move the white screen higher for 3d? And still put the atmos speakers on top? Looks cracking tho 👌🏻👍🏻
That would’ve been too high up to move the screen
Hi Paul it’s Glenn hope you are doing well have you got any spare Blu-rays titles that you already have I’m struggling to restart my collection if you have if not doesn’t matter thank you 😊.
Unfortunately I’ve traded in some to CEX so nothing spare at the moment. How come you’re restarting your collection
Use film maker mode in picture setting
Considering you live in a
terraced house How do you stop the sound going through the walls in the cinema room have you had the walls sound dead
Nope, I don’t worry about it
Gosh I wish I could afford a tv like that 😂
Looks epic
Did you not measure the height from the floor to the bottom of the projector screen?
Erm! Nope 🙈
Pauly that oled won't last 6 months mate that projector light will absolutely ruin the panel oled doesn't like direct light as it damages it don't really think you thought it through mate
You should have went for a 65 to 77 inch mate wall mounted it Currys does it for £45 stored the projector until you could get a bigger room or put it in your living room.. stand also looks a bit too high your neck will be feeling it lol
@@philiprolston6524wouldn’t work in his room. The 55 inch is almost the whole wide as it is.
What the hell are you on about 😂 he’s not using the projector when he’s using the tv
@philiprolston6524
I agree,, its far to cramped up,,,
And to high,,,
The other stand would have been much better, ,,
At this time I won’t be using the projector. But when I do get a motorised screen I’ll probably place a protector in front of the OLED screen to protect it
Hello Big Pauly,
I have just watched your Oleg TV / movie room journey. Why don't you consider taking your old TV cabinet to a Charity shop / Sally Army (instead of the dump / recycling centre?).
I have been subscribed to your channel for 2yrs + and have lost count the amount of times you have bought the odd dvd, blu-ray film or box set... .. . So think about spreading the empathy and thoughtfulness.... l bet someone is on the lookout for a TV cabinet, just like your old one.
Kind regards and Good Luck Big Pauly,
Movie Mad Marcus 🎬💿👍.
I had thought about it but I didn’t for 2 reasons. It was too heavy and bulky to transport, plus the larger charity shops I go in already have quite a few donated units already. I have got some old DVDs and Blu-rays to take in soon but I think more charity shops are refusing to take them now as they can’t sell them
Welcome to the world of oled. You will never go back to lcd again.Enjoy Pauly.
I would have just had the projector, or just the TV. No need for both.
The projector isn’t 4k though, and the TV didin’t do 3D so I wanted the best of both worlds
You could buy a pull down projector screen and then when you want to watch a 3d movie you can just pull it down in front of your new tv.
Pauly. You may lose the direct placement sounds of Dolby Atmos if you put the Atmos speakers so close to the ceiling and so far behind the main speakers. Otherwise enjoy new tv.
I had thought they may be too high up so I tested them using a Dolby Atmos tester disc, it actually sounds better than it did lower down.
That's excellent news.
Where did you get that AV stand?
From Amazon UK
I know what you mean me and DIY just don't like each other. It would be interesting to know what your Atmos speakers would sound like. If you are having them on the ceiling or the wall they should be facing down towards you
The Onkyo Atmos speakers are upward firing speakers, they weren’t designed to be facing downwards
Pauly have a question mate, how come you have a Blu-ray player AND a 4K player? Does the 4K player not play both so makes the Blu-ray player irrelevant? Think we have the same 4K player 😂
My 4k player isn’t region free so I still have my Blu-ray player which is a region free one, so I can play other regions
Nice tv pauly 👍,,,
A bit tight to get to your physical media,,,,,🤔
Actually more room than when I had the 43 inch weirdly
Your tv looks really gd enjoy your films on the tv for years to come 😂😂😂😂😂
Look s great enjoy 😊
Why not put it on film mode
I did just that
Do you live in a detached house hahaha
I could never have a surround sound as my neighbour would go mad at me
No, terraced house
Get a local handy-man round to put TV on wall will save space so much floor space you can store films around TV too - Time you pay for a TV stand be cheaper to get handy-man round
I actually prefer my TV’s to be on the stand, I’ve never really liked when they’re hanging off the wall
👍👍
Great video mate. Nice setup. Have you seen this one on settings ? czcams.com/video/--f8PLK3MKU/video.htmlsi=MWf11wVmvP-rIFcm
I prefer picture standard for everything, some people like filmmaker mode for films.
In picture options turn off noise, mpeg, smooth, turn off motion eye care , turn trumotion off , turn off Eye comfort mode, turn engery saving off
I think you have to change it on each input, so one for the blu ray , then if you use disney+ app on the tv then you will have to change the settings again for that. Once you done it , it will remember the settings.
Yes that’s the video I watched to guide me through some of the settings
Thinks traffic will disappear with labour in power😂
Now get yourself an Nvidia Shield, build a Plex Server and rip all your films, then you can box em up and put them in storage
How do you do that
Don’t be stupid!! That’s not what being a collector is all about 😂
Why the fu*k would he want to do that
It's true, I have hardly any space for my dvd's they are now in the garage in tubs. Blu rays might be next as my 4k's are overflowing and somethings got to give. Don't have the digital storage for all my films though id need another 30tb at least.
@@TonyMontanaMVP 142tb now and still growing :)
Thay TV looks far too big for that room.
Bigger the better they say
Dear sir, you guys spend all your money on discs , but your video system stinks , you must spend 80 percent on audio video equipment, if you need to enjoy your movies.cheers
Erm! An LG C3 OLED, a Denon amp something tells me you don’t quite know you’re equipment lol
keep your politics to yourself
I’ll vent how I feel thank you very much
@@BigPauly BTW i ;like the stand you got have one like it only took 45 mins to build by myself the fact it took you 4 hours is defo a You problem good video
