Wow you made it look so pretty! It’s crazy here. 😂
It is pretty!
Hey there! This comment is a bit irrelevant from this video but I wanted to ask- where could I find information on the city plans for areas such as greenfield? I want to know the projected plans for it's development in 10-15 years , if you happen to know. Thanks!
Go to the town/city website and search for “Comprehensive Plan”
I'm really surprised you didn't mention the LEAP district that is in the works for Lebanon.
What’s that?

At full build, LEAP Lebanon will be home to hundreds of companies, employing over 50,000 employees at industry-leading companies devoted to boundary-breaking projects in life sciences, microelectronics, ag-tech, clean tech, electrification and EV innovation. The District will advance research that creates knowledge and jobs together, providing a unique space for cross pollination and collaboration between R&D labs and advanced manufacturing.
@@sallyf3080 oh that’s really nice!
Interesting take on town I grew up in. At one time you could lay down on 39 in town and be an hour before you were hit by a car. Those days are long gone.
It’s certainly different now. It will likely continue to grow and get busier so no laying down on the streets!
@@LivingInIndianapolis So true, enjoyed your walk down Meridian Street, thought you might go past my old house on West North Street. Built in 1840 and moved to Lebanon by me and my Dad from Zionsville when I graduated from law school. Did not really have a concept of location location back then.
Dude until about 15 years ago “Whitestown Parkway did not exist. All that land was farmland(much of which was farmed by my dad’s family). It was known as334which connected 421to us52.
Wow. You made us look pretty good. Lebanon is on the radar much more than locals like. I’m 70;years old. Born and raised here moved back to care for mom 20 years ago. 2nd generation Lebanon 6th generation Boone County and there are still many locals despite the growth. I hate the changes we all do. But as long as Meridian Street leads from that beautiful limestone court house to the park I’m happy. This town is my❤
I'm a fan of Lebanon. I know it's changing but I hope it doesn't lose its soul. It's a great little town!@@janpetsch620
