I freeze rice and lentils when I make it. I put it into 1 cup servings so it’s ready when I need it.
Me too!🎉
How do you store them in the fridge? In a ziploc or a glass container or portion cup freeze and put many forzen in a big ziploc? Thx. Also for frozen lentils are they just cooked in water?
@@takeyourcross1 I have a one cup silicone portion type container . I have used ziplock bags too. I usually use them up within a couple of weeks. It’s cheaper than buying rice in the frozen food section.
This channel is amazing and deserves millions of subscribers and viewers. Wouldn't that be great?!
My 2 minute meal is layered one can whole black beans with sugar free barbecue sauce on bottom with seasoned broccoli and cauliflower on top roasted in a 450 degree toaster oven for 30 minutes. I even eat it for breakfast.
Thanks for sharing, will definitely be trying this one!
I have tried WFPB for several years on and off. Yall's simplicity to creating meals makes it successful for me. Pretty much just grab some good ingredients and throw it together 😊.
I agree that the zippers on frozen foods are useless! I cut them off and use rubber bands to close the bags.
Thank you! Yes.
Would love to see a recipe Spaghetti squash recipe. I usually just microwave itand scoop it out . I mix tomatoe sauce with sauteed mushrooms zucchini and onions and add nutritional yeast and a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds that I grind in a spice grinder to the sauce to make it creamy.
Sounds great!
15:10 Tahini is sesame paste, not soybean. Not a big deal 🤓 Great show! 💛
I used the veggie broth in my rice yesterday. It elevated the flavor of the rice.
Loved the replay. Look forward to making these. Progress over perfection! Intention is to show up and be the best me everyday. Thank you for all the ideas, rants, and therapy LOL
I love Ezekiel bread. lol. It’s the crunch. Same with their cereal. Yummm
Watching you guys is so much fun
Tofu mini waffle with avocado, pickled red onion, tomato, lettuce , everything bagel seasoning
I put a nori sheet in my mini food chopper to make it like powder and p in a spice jar Ann can add it to vegan tuna, etc.
Great idea!
Love love love it!!
Serious veggie sandwich and with crunch!!!🎉
Walmart sells a nice tahini that I only have to stir once. I use Stardust for light general flavor and Galaxy dust when I want a little more zest. Both amazing and great for everyday type of food.
i microwave frozen rice and half a block of tofu for my quick meal
Lettuce boat YAY!!
Love the Trader Joe’s peanut butter- no salt no oil - just peanuts!
I used the broth to sauté my veggies making a soup EXCELLENT
I love your cooking show !! Amazing how much SOS I've eaten in my life. So, it's time to learn a better way. TY for making nutrition so simple.
Love this! :)
I noticed the no Breville. I got one because of you guys and can't live without it. I use it every single day. I haven't used my regular oven in almost two years!
We swapped it with the office microwave for that specific show!
You just reminded me of a song called radioactive by Imagine Dragons ❤️❤️❤🎶
Can’t wait to try the fried rice only had enough energy for the spread which was Delicious
Me, eating Ezekiel with hummus and veg right now 😂 also, I learned to cut a strip off the top of frozen food bags and the. You use that strip to tie the bag shut. No extra plastic! I genuinely love the taste of the Ezekiel tortillas but they always crack.
Fabulous show, I really enjoyed it! Thank you so much!
Have you ever tried using green jackfruit? Delicious simmered in coconut milk and Thai curry
I just heard about you so this was my first video. I love how you show all these quick meals. I have a meal I tend to use quite often. I make a big salad that I eat from often in the week. It had spinach, baby butter lettuce, baby romaine, cabbage, shredded carrots, diced bell pepper, onion, black beans, corn, peas, & pistachios (sometimes). Love it.
Great veggie stir fry using microwave! Trader Joe’s slaw, sliced onion and bell peppers then anything else you like that is cut to cook at about the same time. Put rice on the bottom of the plate and top with veggies. Depending on quantity and microwave cook till perfect texture. Top with favorite sauce. Ten minute meal. I’m sure you guys can make this into a winner .
That was a lot of fun!
Love the Ezekiel wraps, but find they work best when room temp, or microwave a few seconds. Great show. Thanks guys.
Wow thanks for that, so long waiting for Those dish for when out in travel😀
Love the new shirts!
I should've followed you all awhile ago. I use those clips from IKEA. Have for years
Hey guys! I'm here watching the replay! I can't wait to get my order! (2 cookbooks and everything bagel seasoning!)😊
Can't wait
Love these. Can you do more microwave meals?
Kimchi fried rice is
popular in Hawai’i.
Yum
Dillon, I've searched for it and can't find it, I saw a video of yours awhile back before I was ready to start this, and now that I am ready I really need this recipe 😂 it was for a sauce that you put on almost anything, I think it was just vegetables that you got ready in a pan and then kind of put everything into a blender and you could put it on basically anything that you could eat. I remember it being easy and versatile and looking so delicious, can you point me to this recipe if you would know what I'm talking about? Thank you so much, in advance
You can buy the brown rice noodles directly from the growers/mfg. They have deep sales a few times a year also so get on their mailing list.
Beans with pasta
Tahini in made with about 1 cup of sesame seeds (toast yourself) then blended with2-4 Tbs mild oil. More oil makes it more pourable.
Almost exactly what you did after my comment! Hahaha!
I like yours better! Yum!
If there was added oil it would have to be listed on the label and it is not.
Yep- will buy WYW furikake, so good on sushi bowls mMmmm
The microwave was called a radar range because the radio frequencies it uses is the same or similar to radar. At that frequency water directly takes on thermal energy (heat). At very close range a ships radar is quite dangerous to people not because of "radiation" but because it will heat up your insides since we're full of water. On a ship the radar antenna is higher than people go unless they're doing maintenance in which case the radar is shut down.
Simplest meal. Microwave frozen rice and frozen cauliflower rice. Mix together, microwaved with a little soy aminos and thai chilis sprinkled on top.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🙌
Choke Bean Spread!
The Ezekiel tortilla is best for as chips and as pizza crust.
Possible substitute for the artichoke would be zucchini/yellow squash slices.
Love the open faced sandwich. Very much up my alley. I too am a fan of the low sodium E bread. Now, I get to try a new spread, but don't have a processor. Maybe you have some ideas for us non processor people. Lol. Fun to try something new..
Possible non-processor suggestion:
Since the processor was pulsed lightly, I am thinking the beans could be crushed or smashed with a fork first along with the lemon and tahini and spices. The basil and artichokes could then be roughly chopped and then mixed into the smashed bean mixture.
Watching you from Denmark. Love your recipes and your beautiful personalities ❤️🇩🇰
👏👏👏👏👏😊
Is that an LG French fridge? I have one and love mine.
Cauliflower might be a good sub for artichoke hearts
I’d also put Daikon in the sushi burrito if I had it. :)
Mango too! Mmm that sounds great! I love a mango avocado roll!
Great idea!
How can the sushiritto not have wasabi? If that is too exotic of an ingredient then a strong brown mustard can give some of the same effect.
No it would be a great addition. We talked about that a little.
Tushi roll
Hey! 🙂
Ezekiel bread - I actually love the taste of this bread. I only eat less because it’s so expensive.
The flavor and texture definitely grow on you.
@@WellYourWorld Sadly, in Canada I haven’t seen the blue bag with no added salt.
Ooooooo
Hello
Oh my! I've just requested to join your FB-group and answered two questions. Only when I clicked submit did my eye catch the third question. Hope that's acceptable. Otherwise, I will redo whenever I get feedback 😊
Did u just also add garlic?
Is the frozen brown rice already cooked or raw?
Cooked. Just warm it up
Lisa. Maybe you can watch that documentary together with the vegan athletes ( strongest man in the world ) and he’ll see how they don’t eat animals …
Wife here Reebs buy him some weights for the house !
I have a whole entire gym in my basement. It’s just making the time with work and kids.
Can you use canned artichokes in this recipe?
Yes, but rinse them throughly. They are usually very salty.
I saw a video that used a tortilla and made a smash burger on a flat top grill and thought that could be done when you make up bean burgers. Smash the uncooked black bean burger onto a tortilla and cook bean side down first in a skillet. Flip over and cook the tortilla side. Remove from skillet and add lettuce tomato grilled onions and McReebs sauce. Fold up like a taco and eat! Now I want you to do a video for this! Love your recipes and videos! 🌞💗🌞
I would love to have the clips. Where do i buy them?
Ikea!
Ikea
I really try to avoid the plastic wrapped products
i have fell off the wagon many times, my husband is a meat eater, and i still cook it for him, do you have a solution, i really want to do this for my health.
Ya it’s the whole point of our channel. Watch our videos. And we talk about this a lot on our live hangouts.
I call that deviating not cheating
Tahini is soybean paste? Did you mean to say sesame seeds?
Yup sesame
You called tahini Soybean based when it is actually ground Sesame seed.
Oops just a slip of the tongue. Thank you
You guys are adorable, and I love the way you reiterate that it is not rocket science!! Really can’t believe people think this is hard. 🌱🫚🫛
