Dionysus live performance is always on fire! 😍 Dionysus is the Greek god of wine and partying. The song connects with getting "drunk" with Art, similar to having passion with music (and being able to perform on-stage).
So Baepsae (Crow-tit in English) is a small bird with small legs and they are often compared to storks, large birds with long legs. Baepsae is a really great song that talks about the injustices between crow-tits (younger generation) and the storks (the older generation). DKDKTV has a great video explaining Baepsae…otherwise known as the hip thrusting song 😂😂😂
And the explanation video made by DKDKTV also explains some concepts they refer to in other songs as well, such as the number of things young koreans give up to survive that RM references in Dope. And the choreography suddenly makes a whole lot more sense with the explanation. 🤭

j-hope was the main creator of Dionysus! The concept is about getting drunk on Art and indulging in art for art's sake. But yeah, Dionysus is one of j-hope's bangers.

Some of the best performers of ALL TIME!!!! (argue w the wall) them opening the Speak Yourself Tour with Dionysus+Not Today & the medley in the same concert???? Like???? Are they crazy???? The energy I feel through the screen is insane and I've watched these more times than I could count but it always feels like the first. I wish we could all experience seeing them live just once. 2025 please come faster.

I was able to attend this concert in person twice and it’s one of my biggest flex in life 😌 The intro was incredible. The whole concert was an unforgettable experience, also because I went to the Chicago Soldier Field concerts where it rained, and we froze yet they gave it a thousand percent 🥹
Dionysus and Not Today is how they opened their every concert for the Love Yourself Speak Yourself Tour in 2019 and the medley is in the middle part of the concert if I remember correctly.
Baepsae/Crow tit/Silver Spoon is a good song, you should react to it and the dance practice as well. Crow tit is a kind of bird in Korea by the way.
I would recommend you to watch BTS MMA 2019 and 2018 performances!!

BTS always gives their 1000% in concerts! Every concert they perform like it's their last. I have honestly never seen such dedicated and hardworking people like them.
BTS are legendary performers. Attending their concert is like a once in a lifetime experience ( which sadly i haven't experienced yet )

They always end their concerts with soft and comforting songs like whalien 52, born singer , young forever,microcosmos, love yourself, yet to come etc...

Tae, Jimin, JK and Hobi are monsters on stage I mean they all are but man oh and Tae’s facial expression ugh 😩

Dionysus is the God of Wine and indulgence. BTS is using it in a way to express immersing themselves in their music.
You should go to see Yet To Come concert while it still in theatres this weekend asap. It's the closest thing to being at the concert you will ever experience. I went last friday and felt like I was at the concert with the whole theatre widescreen and sound system. I had so much fun with other fellow army's dancing, singing and waving those army bombs. I also was at the Los Angeles SoFi stadium concert when they were playing 4 sold out shows here in late 2021. There were also 6 thousand army's each 4 nights who couldn't get ticket to the show who paid to watch BTS live stream on the big screen at the CZcams theatre, which is next to SoFi stadium where the concert was going on. I've experienced both seeing them live in concert and watched the Yet To Come concert and you do really feel like you are watching them live so don't miss this opportunity to go because getting future BTS concerts is of course not guaranteed.
I have seen them live 4 times and they are absolutely AMAZING. No one does concerts like they do.
Just fyi, they never just disappear to end a concert. They do the opposite of western concert endings, actually. BTS gives warnings that they have just a few songs left. Then for example: they sing 3 songs then they talk a bit, sing 3 songs, say it’s almost over, say goodbye comments, sing a song, talk, say goodbye, sing, talk, sing one more walking away waving, confetti, everyone crying, saying they love us, will be back when they can, look at everyone they can, leave the arena with lights on.
Dionysus + Not Today were the openers for that concert era. Right from the start they went 1000%

the dionysus lyrics are basically comparing getting drunk on alcohol to getting drunk on alcohol. i recommend reading the lyrics separately. also fun fact the dionysus choreography originally had a part in the second pre chorus where they fell to the ground into a push-up but they ended up changing it because it was too dangerous
Yep, that's water 😅 That's why some equipment, like camera's or lights are covered with something. Because except for the showers or whatever they call that, they know the boys will open those water bottles scattered on the stage, eventually 😅 And i noticed in their other videos that some of the audience in front are wearing rain coats. ☺
I was cheesing throughout this video. They are truly some of the best performers in the world. If you watch the behind the scenes footage in their concert DVDs, you can see how much they care about putting on a great show for their fans. They often watch their own performances and give constructive criticism to each other. It's so refreshing to see a group of people who are so open to constructive criticism because they know that's how you improve. One of the many reasons why I love them 💜

Nobody ever says it (well that it's not too important) but if you haven't noticed, some of the songs in these videos are in Japanese because it was a concert in Japan ☺️ (these versions are also available on streaming app)

Nothing will beat being at the rosebowl and witnessing this set list in stadium form for the first time!! Jungkooks stall during his line in Not Today omg. We lost our MINDS. also. The drench zone is so real. To give some perspective my seat had an inch deep puddle of water on it 🤣 thank goodness I didn't need to sit down~
I missed out on the LY 2019 tour. I became army after discovering them around that same time when Boy With Luv music video came out. Got tickets for their 2020 show but the pandemic happened. I held on to my tickets hoping for a makeup date but officially the whole tour was cancelled almost a year later. Months later, surprise announcement of 4 concerts in LA was made and those that didn't refund tickets yet like me, got first opportunity to get tickets in presale for the concert. General audience didn't even get chances to get tickets without paying outrages price from secondary market because all tickets were sold out in presale. Did you go to the Los Angeles 2021 or Las Vegas 2022 show?
@iwubfood1 Ticketing using the mots7 presale codes was rigged 😑 I had 4 gold soundcheck tickets for mots but TM only released a few floors seats for our presale so I could only buy seats in the 200 section. Sofi in general was chaotic but the boys were amazing 👏
Las Vegas was better since I finally got soundcheck! Jin was sitting right infront of me for most of the concert~ my eyes were cleansed~ I also got baptized by Jin and Yoongi 💧

I forgot, I've only attended the Japanese Concerts (I'm a foreigner here) and I sang the lyrics in Korean, cause I knew them by heart. They always sing their concert set list in Japanese Version whenever they're in here and I always get shocked, every single time. lol. 🤣

A crow-tit (or Baepsae in Korean) is a small bird with tiny legs. Theres a saying in Korean that a baepsae will break its legs trying to catch up with the storks. BTS have referenced this in a couple songs and I really recommend listening to the full song. Its one of my all time fav BTS hype songs.
It is a social commentary and a generational anthem calling out the unfairness of the millenial generation having to work waaaay harder than their previous generations who were more advantageous in terms of economic stabilty and employment.
It is also possibly an f-you to the groups and companies who had 'golden spoons' and had a much easier time in the music industry than BTS who had to work and sacrifice much more just because they came from richer backgrounds.
Ps. The live performance of Baepsae has a whole lot of hip thrusting😋

Thanks for great full reaction man! You should take couple hours for yourself and go watch the Busan concert in the theater. It’s so fun. Me and my wife did the 4Dx viewing with the moving chairs and had a blast with other ARMY, even had their bombs syncing with concert!

baepsae (specifically hobi's hip thrusts) was one of the main reasons I said fuck it and went to my first BTS concert despite not having a ticket until the last day, also seeing taehyung live is nothing compared to the fancams. I went as yoongi biased and left taegi biased, it was too hard not to fall for him lmao

Alright, so to answer your question about the Medley, "Is that the end of their concert?" No, it's not. More like, it's just the bridge on their concert. They usually starts their concerts with hyped songs (like Dionysus + Not Today that you've seen) And go with either the ballad (The Truth Untold), rap (Cypher), or any sub-units or solos (Serendipity, Euphoria, Singularity, Epiphany, etc.) or any song from the latest released album, then the 'Medley' (mostly their old songs like what you've seen, it's either title tracks, b-sides, or mixed of both), and the ending songs which are usually the sad ones (like Young Forever, We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal, Love Yourself, 2!3!(Hoping for better days). And with ments in between. Their setlist changes sometimes like how they performed Permission To Dance at the finale of their PTD:OnStage Concerts instead of performing it first or in the middle.
u've no idea how excited i feel whenever u drop a new bts reaction video😂... one of my favourite bts reactors...well i would like to recommend a video....well, there's an indian interview of bts - " BTS ft. Sakshma Srivastav , Indian interview , E now exclusive" by Zoom... Ngl that's the best interview ever... usually interviewers ask absurd questions like about their dating status and etc.. but Sakshma rly did a gr8 job by asking them the most intellectual questions which usually ppl don't even think of asking.... And our boys absolutely nailed answering those challenging questions.. u will also get to know how deep thinkers they are... And sakshma on the other hand is a beauty with brain... the boys were very comfortable around her which is very rare to see... chaos starts when they all start to blush especially V, jimin and jk and V literally started flirting with her lol 😂😂... Last but not the least, RM usually fakes his smile in interviews. Sarcasm is all written on his face cuz he's so done with those boring interviews who literally ask gibberish questions... we already know that RM is an intellectual person so he yearns for good questions.... in this interview, RM had the most proud and genuine smile which i haven't seen in any of the interview......it's not just me who's saying this but there are many reactors who've reacted to that video nd even they agreed to this that this is the best interview of bts ever... rly looking forward to it.. do react to that video.....

I have the WEMBLEY version of this concert and no that's not the end, i think they still have around 30mins left and DIONYSUS is the very start of the concert. Am british and i only became part of ARMY 10 JULY 2021, so when i heard BTS had sold out the iconic WEMBLEY STADIUM in 2019 i had to get my hands on that dvd also because ARMY sang Young Forever to them as a surprise. Also BTS are only the 12th artists in this world to have sold out that stadium.

After IDOL they went for a break and outfit change while INTRO SINGULARITY VCR is being played and V would come up to perform. There was a time that he got so exhausted that they performed Fake Love without choreography the next day. Just so they won't take it out from the set list
It’s refreshing to see you react to Dionysus. I haven’t paid attention to it in awhile. The performance shows exactly what I like about the group. They’re so attractive, I’m too shy to look at them for more than a few seconds at a time, especially RM.
I just wonder about this concert and some other stages, why do they perform in daytime? It seems to early for a dramatic effect.
my guess is that this was probably performed in the summertime when the sun doesn't set until after 9pm.

That Bapsae was very tame....I am guessing cause UT was in Japan. You should really check out other bapsae live performances.....yap, specifically, Jhope and Tae pointing 🫣....I will never get over them.
