  • I got this at amazon ( amzn.to/2FsBTmD ) to soak in. I dont have a bath tub, only a shower stall. overall it works. to drain effectively, you need to make a path to the shower drain hole. i used a brush handle. i video taped how to unfold the thing in the beginning so i can use this video to fold it back for storage. thanks for watching.

    Just got mine today too from Amazon, it shipped pretty quick. I'll wash it tomorrow then used after that. The suggested water temp for first use is no more than 50degrees so that the material will get used to the temperature. Good for soaking your body with ice bath and also hot or hot/wattmeter bath for winter. The whole cost with shipping and handling is at least $72 to $73.

    I’m so happy I found these type of collapsible tubs to put in my RV’s shower stall after missing taking baths 🧼 🛀 since I began living fulltime in my RV starting 2011. I have a huge spa 🛁 made out of recycled plastic, feels like rubber, but I can only use it in the summer months outside. I am absolutely thrilled now that I’ll be soon taking deep soaking 🛀, and the one I’m getting from Amazon is only $38.
    Thanks for the ideal about using the shower brush to lift the bottom up like that, and thanks for the video.

    I bought one of those large cone shaped planters and use it for a deep socking tub in my shower stall. It takes some special movement to get in , but it's really comfortable once you're fully seated.

  • @ujumine
    @ujumine Před 5 lety +2

    This also has a bottom plug. Place it directly to the shower drain hole (take the cover off before) and it is easy to let water off later.

    After reading 552 Positive Reviews on Amazon, I decided to purchase one. Once I receive it and use it I will comment back. According to some of the reviews it holds the hot water long after you’re done socking which is what I like.
    Thank you

    Thank for making this video, I’m really interested in purchasing one for myself. Do you still have it, I’d be interested how does it perform even after year or so of the use? Also, can you fit in comfortably, is it anyhow comparable to the normal bathtub? Did you ever use it with bath products such as bath bombs or foam, I’m kinda concerned if the chemicals will harm the plastic surface anyhow.
    Sorry for so many questions but there seems to be so little info about this product online. 😢

    Thanks for posting this video. Could I ask a couple of questions? Do you think someone could get into the tub with 40 to 50% of the side supports out; then put the supports in? I ask for someone with weak legs who can get into a normal height tub with assistance, but who cannot climb into a high-sided soaking tub. Also, do you use a shower chair/stool inside the tub? Cheers.

      +msj6034 getting in and out of mine with all the supports up is kinda hard.... i do it with a lot of care not to slip and fall. I would becareful if you are going in out or remove any supports. I had removed one for easier access.

    I’m considering getting one of these, but I was worried about fitting in the water level covering high enough on me. How tall are you and how high did it come up on you? I’m only 5’3” and I’d love for it to go at least to my shoulders.

    • @SterlingW8
