This is a much asked question do here's how I learnt machine learning successfully! In this video, I'm gonna share with you guys the 6 keys factors when it comes to machine learning, so that you guy know what really matters.
Machine Learning is an every-growing field of importance in todays' world and it has firmly secured its place in our future as well. So it's really imperative that we make efforts to learn it. First things first, Math. You can't escape it, but don't panic, make Math a long term learning goal. Next up, take a basic machine learning course which will teach you basic algorithms like linear regression. I also made a video on Linear Regression which you can check out here:

Next, learning Python, and Numpy. As these are part of the building blocks of your machine learning foundation. Once you've done so, practice with some basic projects and then work on your data preparation skills (this will take time to hone). Also, familiarize yourself with ML Libraries like Scikit learn and TensorFlow. But most importantly, practice and don't stop learning!

@@sidrah8782 yup 👍
But what if we dont have degree in maths or statistics? I'm an plane graduate with English literature and practicing required maths for ML these days.
@@bipinbipin-wv6ej same here, I specialize in Chinese language, and it's been awhile since I did some advanced maths. I'd like to find good resources to begin with.
@@ArusHarutyunyan wow, I work in a Spanish language profile in a FAANG and now learning German also. Only this thought "If I can learn foreign languages, why I can't learn maths also". I am learning basic these days then will move to required maths for Machine learning, AI or DS.
Thank you Smitha. I have been pondering over ML not knowing from where to start. You have provided a good starting point. i really appreciate it
This is a great video. Something I enjoyed was the background. Not too much to get distracted by, and you had a good presentation :)
Thank you so much! Very insightful!
I have just started to look into ML and learn more about it and this video is an absolute motivator! Thanks! Subscribed!
Hello. I am not (yet) an ML enthusiast, but clicked on the video because of the slight curiosity I have about it. But the "no-zero days" mention makes sense, & is a good reminder that such consistency is important for achieving one's goals.
wow clear and crystal....well explained!!! subscribed
thanks for the video mam, I needed it
I found this information useful regarding Machine Learning which is also the need of time
Great Tips! trying to look for a good project for school, interested in computer vision
woww u just solved my all the problems thank you so much for all the steps u have mentioned it truly helped me
Thank you for this!
I like your videoes because not only based on the concept but also about your motivation to the younger ones to learn ml
This was helpful, Thank you Smitha
Thanks a lot Smitha. This really helped me :)
Useful information about machine learning..excellent.
Best kind of knowledge and information in this video. Thanks.
Practice is the key!
Dict={ “Practice” : “Now it’s a key”}
so is the consistency

I've seen some ML intern roles and the majority requires a PHD. I am happy with your final words
Very useful video. Well done 👍
I started to do a machine learning project for my final year project. And finally i got inspired by you my love 😍
Excellent video. Thank you a lot
Love your vids 💜💜
Great job thanks!!!
Thanks a lot for this video.
Nice video. I just need to follow this path 👍
What entry job would u recommend as a stepping stone towards ml eng?
Hey Smitha, Thanks a lot for this great piece of advice.I am currently an data analytics intern at ey. i hope you make more videos on this and other useful resources.
@sra007 what all skills are required to grab an internships in data analytics domain at ey. Please throw some light I want to make my career in it. Please need some guidance..
Can u tell us the necessary skills for getting an internship at ey?

Very sound explanation...thanks for making video
hi! Did you make a video about Data preparation? I couldn’t find it.
Much good information learned from this video.
I'm just getting started with Machine Learning and this is a very helpful and motivating video. Thanks xx
I want a community for ml for beginners so that it will be easy to discuss things. Have u anything regarding this?
how's it going
@@8.8.8.8 Did you learn it yet?
Learning ML is not very difficult, just do a masters. The problem is to find a job with ML.
I did masters of Data Science and here I am crying, I am depressed as I can't get any f...g job after 6 month finished my masters (grade 2.1) in a top 10 university in the UK. Not even data analyst I can get. I am studying web development (that saves me from suicide) I may be lucky with that.

Which kind of path do you suggest for people who has not knowledge at math at all how can i progress in math(for machine learning/Ai) what should i do
Excellent vedio!
This is nice and great full information to clear my some problem what can i do and where i start to learn machine learning thank you
Great tips !
Thankyou for this video, This is really so amazing. I just didn't even think that way to look at what companies want from us but either way I am going to learn it for just fun😂😂 but maybe later on I would like to switch my carrier in it. Thankyou ❤
Awesome advice:)

How much of ML does overlap with control theory ? Excluding the low level hardware interfacing.
Where i can learn data preparation?
Hmm Data preparation......so do i need to take a data analytics/data scientist course to improve my analytical thinking of data?
NIce video. It was very helpful.
Can you tell me websites or books name from where i can practice the concepts of machine learning...?
Hello , I start Coursera course. Did you find useful adopt Octave?
I m the student of EEE department... how do i learn python codes.....would u plz help me, how is it effective for the electrical job market?

Hi. Thanks for the nice videos. Do you think it is a good idea to start learning machine learning with deep learning specialization by Andrew ng, when I have no background?
Great video... Must you have a CS degree to get a job in ML
I have look the course in coursera. Could you please confirm if that is the one course whose icon have robot holding degree
Can I get a job as a machine learning engineer without CS degree?
Thank you
Great video I appreciate your efforts, just some feedback, if you could timestamp your videos into different sections it would be quite helpful for the viewers to jump to the section that helps them the most, thanks alot
I am from maths background which basic course should I go for ?
I have a doubt. In coursera each course it asks about 1 month, 3 months or 6 months . what is the difference between these?
Whats the difference between ML and DL?
Hy, what's the hardest part in ML for you?
Helpful video btw u got really beautiful smile anyone will fall for that
i am a beginner data scientist help me and tell how i will master in deepening algorithms???

Do I need to be a specialist on competitive programming to start with machine learning or can I just land to learn it with basic programming concepts.
Good thing I'm already learning math for astrophysics, and I already know basic HTML and c# so learning python and ml is not too much extra work
I am tester in angular , I want to switch to ML can anyone guide me.
Where is the video on data preparation?
Nice thankyou.
Suggest machine learning courses that less or without focus on math .
Nice explanation

Hello Smitha, I have worked as Data Analyst for two years but I dont have a computer science background so would you suggest me to do MSc Data Science or MSc Machine Learning if I want to progress in life and be a Data Scientist/ML Engineer one day?
Thank you . I am currently learning Html css and js and I Practice it nearly 8 hours a day. I want to start machine learning as soon as I become good at front end dev.

nice video mam...
u r from india or from abroad?
u should start teaching machine learning coz ur way of teaching is very good.
do you also learn Deep Learning?
so after Andrew's course is there an advanced machine learning course or what to do then ?
So as I understood Andrew's course teaches you the basics of machine learning algorithms so I googled a bit and out of no where freecodecamp uploaded a 10 hour machine learning course with projects within it so I guess that's the next step for me so let's hope that's the right step
Bro give me an update ! Did u find that video useful ? Please reply
Hello mam, I'm a first-year engineering student and since class 11th I had an interest in ML/AI. I already know python and math topics like Linear algebra, vectors, matrices since they are already in my engineering as well JEE course. So can you please suggest some more skills that I need to learn?
