These changes are due to the pay increases that will go to the writers and actors, over 170,000, that have been on strike for several months. These are the members of the Writers Guild and Screen and Theatre Actors Guild.
They have also asked for greater regulation around benefits, the use of their work in relation to artificial intelligence, copyright law, and the right to publicity.
