Exactly. Even the Supreme Court says it's best not to talk to police officers. Much less show them a video that could possibly incriminate you even if you didn't do it.
Well the video was his proof of innocence, and it worked out. Had he listened to you all he would have been arrested and had to show the same video to the judge. Seems like he made the smart move to not waste a load of his time.

Based on how he rode off it’s clear he’s a model citizen and law abiding fellow. To be doing 244kph on a public road is disgusting. It looked like at one point he started getting the speed wobbles coming off at that speed lemme guess would have been the cops fault

You don't have to show police officers your footage, though, because you weren't lying it was ok that your did. If someone was lying I would say something like, "I'd like to keep recording for my personal safety" or something along those lines.

You know, it depends on the area.
I know many bikers who won’t stop for cops in rural VA because of the reputation they have of lying and false incriminating bikers. They have horrible practices such as putting temporary wooden speed limits that don’t match the road limit so that they can ticket bikers and then take the signs off. Some officers even literally charge against bikers and impale them against cars without even being sure it is the same biker they were looking for
