I agree with mostly everything here except the Sabine-Satine thing. Sabine is in her 20s in Rebels, which takes place only a few years after the end of the Clone Wars, which only lasted 3 years. If Obi-Wan and Satine did get together between when they met and when Satine died they would only have within 3 years to birth a child, and considering how much time passes between the start of the Clone Wars and Rebels, sorry Vincent but Sabine is too damn old.
Sabine is about 16 in Rebels
In the Clone Wars we learn that when Satine and Obi-Wan met the first time, wich was a long time ago, there were already romantic tensions between them. This could explain the problem with Sabine´s age.

3. She's very dangerous when angry - (runs in the family, clearly)

okay this is so real. the last jedi just came out and you were correct that they can see each other in their visions. i am 100% convinced Rey is a Kenobi
except in the movies it's already revealed that snoke was responsible for their vision connection.
Archangel-- but they still have the connection at then end of the film, after Snoke's death. Unless you believe the theory he isn't really dead. I'm not sure. I think anything could happen in episode 9.
it might be that he connected them and that he didn't need to keep it going himself, or that it's something that slowly fades, .... I am quite sure Snoke is dead, if they bring him back it's just another fuck up imo, but we don't exactly know the nature of the connection. Maybe Snoke was lying, maybe not. I don't see however what this shared connection (if snoke was lying) has to do with her being a kenobi.
Archangel-- I think Snoke is dead. The only way I could see him coming back is as a "Force ghost". My sister thinks Snoke was lying about the connection, I am not sure. I have not read the TFA novel but people who have say that Kylo feels some kind of connection with Rey in that interrogation scene...idk I think they are just two very powerful Force users who have that ability. I am not enough of a Star Wars expert to have an opinion on Rey's background. Rian Johnson stated that when Kylo tells Rey who her parents are he isn't lying or he didn't intend for him to be lying in that moment. Then I think he walked that comment back, stating that it was now in the hands of J.J. Perhaps, Kylo wasn't lying, maybe Rey was raised with the junk traders because she was taken from her parents? Who knows? If Rey does have a "special" backgound, I could more easily see her being a Kenobi (which would be interesting) than a Skywalker. I just can't believe they are going to rehash the brother/sister thing or that they are cousins. I wish they would just leave her an ordinary person because I like the message that the Force can be strong in anyone. At least, I thought that's what the message was when the little stable boy Force swept the broom into his hand at the end of TLJ. Sorry I rambled on. Didn't mean to.
Tbh Obi Wan was poor in the force, if this get pass on to Rey, I don't know why the last two star wars films kept emphasising Rey force power like they did on Anakin, it makes no sense to me if it turns out Rey really is related to Obi Wan

In Empire Strikes Back Luke did fairly well against Vader, who was an expert at dueling at this point, with minimal training. Rey who is obviously gifted, calm and level-headed took advantage of Kylo's injury and beat him. Like if you shot the most gifted fencer in the world in the stomach and then fenced him you'd probably have a decent shot at winning with little skill.
This was actually really well researched, unlike most videos about Star Wars theories.

Gabeslogic I think he meant the obvious scenes that are similar, when Ridley says I thought people would of had it figured out, that just shouts as a teaser to me. I think there's more than just blatant similarities but kind of mirror imagers of the scenes.
I won't deny that you make some good points, but I'm saying them both having scenes in the rain isn't one of them. It's just one of a LOT of arguments that are more like playing The 6 Degrees of Kevin Bacon than actual foreshadowing. For example, you say Obi was good at force persuade because of other people have trouble with it, but Luke was able to force persuade Jabba's assistant with no difficulty and you only showed Obi-Wan using it on underlings. When you omit all the other cases your points would apply to just to make it seem like Rey is a Kenobi it hurts your argument more than just not using those cases in the first place.
You definitely did your research. Even if Rey is not a Kenobi you are definitely correct about the force connection between Kylo and Rey in the visions, I just feel it weakens your argument to add shaky points. It's like building a bridge with 90% steel parts and 10% legos. Just make a smaller bridge.

I think what he means is that the events that cause them to do that are very much mirroring each other its way less therir reactions but that their life events appear to show up a certain analogy. it just sounded a little bit off the way he said it. rey could just not have been present when han died e.g.

I seriously doubt that. There is no indication that Obi Wan's ability to perform a jedi mind trick was exclusive to him. There is also no evidence that Obi Wan had a sexual relationship with anyone, much less have a child or grandchild. As far as I remember Obi Wan was adamant about not having a intimate relationship as a Jedi as evidenced by him advising Anankin not to fool around with Padme.

Secondly, the fact that the Jedi Order is no more doesn't mean that Obi-Wan, who's loyal to the Jedi's teachings, should start breaking the rules.

James Myers Obi-Wan had and English accent as well, and i dont know if its canon anymore, but Palpatine was discovered by Plaguis when he was about 17, and Anakin showed way more force potential when he was way younger. Honestly i really dont know, and personally i am just done the Palpatines bullshit, just let him be done for Gods sake. Kenobi is dope so thats why I am am hoping that Rey is a Kenobi.

The first two trilogies are all about them at the end of the day, would be nice to see a role reversal - a palp good guy and a sky bad guy.

She seems to have an innate power over the mind. Something Palp was very good at, getting in people's heads and baiting them... say just like the Ray / Kylo interrogation scene where she reads his mind and baits him by saying he'll never be as strong as Vader...

its a continuation from the previous installment and it had always been about skywalker. If they wanna make a twist, then it shouldnt be called as episode 7,8,9 as it would refer to continuation of previous installment which is and always be about skywalker.

I'm standing by the these theories and hoping one is correct:
1. Rey is a descendant of Obi-Wan Kenobi.
2. Rey is a reincarnation of Obi-Wan Kenobi.
3. Rey is a reincarnation of Anakin.
4. Rey and Kylo Ren are both reincarnations of Anakin, Rey being the light side and Ren being the dark side.
No matter what, I hope she's not Luke's daughter.
"Reincarnation"? I don't think thats gonna happen. in my opinion reincarnation would be far too complex.
TheSilentCalico Technically, Anakin was supposed to be the Jesus of the Force if you don't include the extended universe. It wouldn't be too far fetched for Rey to be the savior reincarnated to undo the wrongs of Anakin. However, I could see where her being Obi-Wan reincarnated and being half of a reincarnation of Anakin could be stretching it.

I don't see number 4. being possible, because Kylo occasionally feels the pull to the light, and he supposedly became dark because of Snoke. Numbers 1 and 3 are best of those IMO.
httputub96 Yeah. I think my reason for 4 being an idea in my mind is because after the third episode, Darth Vader and Anakin are treated like completely different people. Because both were brought into their galaxy as "saviors," I thought that maybe it'd be possible Darth Vader could reincarnate as Anakin could. It sounds stupid, but it also sounds like something Hollywood would come up with. I'm honestly betting my money on the first and third theories, too.

Having Rey be a descendant of Obi-Wan makes sense from a buisness standpoint, because then they can give more backstory to the Kenobi family through an Obi-Wan prequel set in between episode 3 and 4. If there's one thing I've learned about Disney, it's that they think with their wallet. More excuses for movies means more money in the end.
Besides, I think it would be very sweet to have a Skywalker mentor a Kenobi for once.

Actually they can't. It takes years of study in the Living Force before a Jedi can do so. Qui-Gon Jinn was the first Jedi we know of who began studying it, but died before he was able to complete his training, so he is only able to speak through the force. Obi-Wan spent the 20 years after Episode 3 studying it, so he could manifest, as could Yoda. We aren't really sure how Vader is able to manifest, since the Sith are unable to use the living force. So really, including Vader, we only know of 4 people who are able to use the living force.
