As a side information, the ZIL-135 has two seperate engines, one powering the right, the other the left. The father complains, that he has to fix the issues instead of running the engine like that... Son replies with 'Ja, Papa, aber...', which is 'Yes, Dad, but...' :D
Да эта проблема и на боевых машинах в армии была постоянной .Двигатели же карбюраторные . Довелось на них покататься по казахским степям в 1974 по 1976 годах. Машина хорошая но когда попадала в солончак вытаскивать приходилось двумя танками .Кабина из стекловолокна пропитанного полимером , неплохо горит .

А я в те же годы служил в Забайкалье вычислителем.Так там что бы утром выехать по т.з. "тревоге" всю ночь водители грели моторы в ангарах и дышали угаром.Проклинали они эти ЗиЛы-135.

Был ЗНРом на этом комлексе 77-79г Олимпишесдорф.

Я служил в 76,78 на пусковой. Тоже в украине

@@johnsomerset1510 as far as I understood, no. The wheels are directly driven, there is no axle.
Можно ездить на одном двигатели. И даже без одного колеса.
