- A visit to the Tomb of the Patriarchs and Matriarch: Tomb of Abraham and Sarah, Isaac and Rebecca and Jacob and Leah.
This is the second holiest place in Judaism after Jerusalem Temple Mount.
The structure atop the cave was built by the Jewish King Herod the Great 2,000 years ago.
I'm a Christian but see Jews as family. We all connected! Such amazing history and faith. God Bless you all!

There is so much history there even for me, a Christian, my history of Abraham essentially being my father as well. Not in the sense as is for the Jews but as a Christian. I would so love to go there.

I have visited this site twice. Without the lights for your cameras, it is not this bright. I believe this is the only structure built by Herod still completely standing. BTW, Herod was not Jewish.
I understand they are installing an elevator for the disabled so they can also visit the tombs. I usually oppose modernizing these ancient sites, but I can see an exception in this case. The elevator will give access to the Jewish side. Access to the Muslim side was offered, but turned down. Once the elevator is operational, just wait for the Muslims to complain.
Hebron also has the tomb of Ruth and Jesse.

Im sure he followed the ways of HaShem in the beginning like his mother would have taught him, being a blessed and God fearing woman. He even was blessed with 12 sons/princes "like" Jaacob was. I have not really searched this out yet, but Im pretty convinced that Beduins for example are of the "house of Ishmael" and that the noble tradition they have of taking a person in under their protection and the "sharing of salt" in that connection is something they must have inherited from Abraham and the God of Abraham :) Also they (Arabs) have a Semittic language - so that is from Shem (son of Noah).
