One door opens like half a second before the other but it's close enough to both opening at the same time.

I had the same problem, but there is an easy fix. I found out that there is a switch on the repeater you can use to adjust the speed.

That’s not half a second, that’s 1/10 of a second

@@rasheemjohn Actually I fixed it too months ago. It seems like one door opens immediately because is being activated directly by the button while the other door has to wait half a second for the redstone to activate.
So I fixed it in an extremely complicated way with Command Blocks, basically a Command Block activates if you press the botton, which spawns Redstone Blocks to open the doors. The advantage of this is the fact that Command Blocks and Redstone Blocks, unlike redstone, are almost instantaneous. So both doors now open at the same time, then the Redstone Blocks are set to be despawned with other Command Blocks after a couple of minutes, so the doors also close at the same time.
