Finally a mini amp that does rated and dosen't look like a dollar store toy.
So glad you did this amp. I have had this amp in my equinox bi-amped on a pair of Infinity Kappa components since the amp came out. So like 2 years ago maybe. Been a great amp but it does get a little warm after playing on a long road trip. I think you will enjoy them tho.

I'm guessing you made a good choice. I like the RCA jacks on the chassis, rather than wires hanging off, like the variable Xover and the size.
Def was a fan of the toro micro when they came out, would love to see you do the micro machete 4ch from deaf bonce since that’s what I just got for my highs and would love to see its numbers

Congrats bro I seen yah on big Jeff’s podcast! We have talk through comments before and your setup is similar, I too have a 2013 Nissan Armada platinum with a resilient sounds gold v2 15 and a taramps (smart) big boss 3) but I’m curious if you have the big 3 done on your suv, & if so what did you do about the “RVC” on the stock neg battery cable!? Did you by-pass it or was you able to get a 1/0 through there! I’ve searched forums and everything but can’t find a definitive answer! It look like I could only fit a 4 gauge thru it but I plan to get a HO alt later so will have to upgrade a figure it out the 1/0 later anyway! Anything helps thanks bro and keep up the good work!🫡💪🏼💯

I just have heard it will throw a code/light if you bypass the “RVC” / “VVCS” and JS Alt said I have to run it through there but I don’t want to cut my factory ground just to find out I can’t fit 1/0 through it! But again I really appreciate it man and you taking the time to do that! Once I get everything I’m going to make a video’s for the rest of the build! Thanks again🫡💪🏼💯

I was told these get extremely hot, to the point of failure. Because they are powerful smashed in a small space. I guess we'll see how yours holds up.
Dyno puts an extreme load and usually if they overheat it will show on the dyno and this amp did not over heat whatsoever so looking good so far. Also there is a lot more time than the video shows of the amp under load getting gains set etc… so they just don’t run a few minutes.
@HiFiVector thank you for letting me know. It's highly possible what I heard was solely on their 4ch class a/b, which is to be expected, just thought it was the micro series. Anyways appreciate it again man and keep doing what you're doing👍👍

This is a good little amp but I can’t say I’m a fan of all its intended uses. When used in motorcycles these can be turned into all midrange blasting annoyances ridden by otherwise mature adults. I say this as someone who’s been in the hobby for more than 30 years and who supports all forms of said hobby.
