One note: A mistake that I always seem to make (and you referred to this a bit in the toileting section) is not giving enough room to swing the "butt petals" out; they often hit the bars, or wall mounted soap dispensers in my facility's showers. Occasionally I have found it useful to come into the toilet at a slight angle for this reason.

Good point. Yep I do the same thing. I usually put down the bed grab bars too when assisting the pt back to bed. It’s annoying for the patient but it’s much easier getting them high in the bed.
