And I don't believe about him being good willed towards Ethan, all he wants is a means to an end to Miranda's reign, and dispose of Ethan like Shepard did to Ghost and Roach in Loose Ends (MW2). Though seeing how Heisenberg just threw Ethan down the factory and didn't kill him outright for his own revenge plot I'm left a little confused about this.

True, but counter offer, he could propose to join with Heisenberg to kill Mother Miranda as part of his revenge, while leaving his precious daughter out of it. Heisenburg is going to try to kill Mother Miranda anyways, and it would be a good chance for Ethan to serve some more retribution.
I get that, however he did want to help Ethan and while I do see how he wouldn’t truly trust him, Ethan didn’t even try to talk with him to seek his motives for wanting to help

Or maybe even the twist being after defeating Mother Miranda, Ethan has to rescue Rose from Heisenburg and kill him, despite the fact that they worked together the whole time.

Maybe add accepting his offer as another ending or DLC since so many people actually want to do that. Or at least have him say something more horrendous about Rose to make Ethan's outright refusal make more immediate sense.

There are Catfishes at moroe's domain. 3 are at the far right exit pond of the cave after the first boat ride (May not be able to go back there), and 3 more are in a small pond in the lower part of the map in the now drained reservoir. Hope this gets to pewds.

@@_Sapph_ that's because he needs the severed part as he lost the fingers and didn't have time to bring it with him while on the other hand had the hand.
He cannot regrow limbs but can reattach because of his fast healing powers he got from the virus but it did not give him regeneration powers
