The woman holding bread is probably holding stones. My guess is St Emerentiana, who was stoned to death at the tomb of her foster sister St Agnes. She was a popular saint in the Middle Ages. There were other saints who were stoned though, so it could be someone else.

Beautiful video! When visiting another city or country, every educated person must visit a museum. Visiting museums is very useful and fascinating. A love for the "eternal" and "beautiful" is awakened in a person, the beginnings of greatness and respect for history are inculcated.
