Sharing today the recipe of a bakery style Khari biscuit.
Khari biscuit came to India with the Parsi Community. And as they set up the Irani cafes in the region of Mumbai and around, the Khari biscuit became a popular tea time snack.
The Khari biscuit soon found takers all over India and today the Khari biscuit is available on all tea stalls across the country.
Khari biscuit is a layered puff pastry which has no feelings and like the more popular aloo patties.
