I would have gone with bosh hp outside with upgraded gas furnace as back up. my 2 cents

it's a high output heat pump and 100k btu furnace is way overkill for phoenix winters

Did you cap the gas? Is there an electrical heater for emergency heat? Nice install. If there is an electrical strip heater in the AHU, going to need larger breakers than 20.

thanks for watching, it's a high output heat pump and a better option than a 100k furnace, way overkill in the phoenix winters

It's Phoenix. For many, strips are considered not worth the initial cost as they would seldom or never be used.

nope, it is not needed in the phoenix winters and the bosch is a hight output heat pump

How did u figure out which neutral ran to the garage ?

probably followed black wire from breaker to the piece of romex going inside of cable connector
