Very good and clear in logic. I always wondered how much Roasted Potty Kadalai (PK)powder to use. If used more what happens? Now I know if used in excess the pakoda picks up oil. Most people avoid using PK Powder as it is a little more time consuming. Thanks madam.

In the slides that come up for measurements it says 1 cup pottukadalai maavu , but in the video you say its 1 tbsp pottukadalai maavu. I mixed based on the slides but luckily I watched your procedure and was able to recover ! It came out well. Thanks.

Mami, it's very important to tell your subscribers about the consistency of the dough kneaded. How much water did u add to knead the dough? Also about the heat or flame at which you are frying ribbon pakode. Is it very high or medium flame?

There is a confusion. In the start it says 2 cups besan, 1 cup rice flour, 1 cup pottukadalai flour. But when you are making it, you put 1 cup rice flour and only 1 tsp pottukadalai flour. Pls clarify
1 spoon is enough for this quantity
