He has a hip-hop/breakdancing technique, which is totally different from a lot of pole work I've seen. It's not my favorite style, but some of the stuff he's doing is absolutely incredible (esp. 4:07). I appreciate the maleness of his style, too.
He is a phenomenal dancer I could not take my eyes off of him not for one second what an amazing show he put on.

Ok, I just watched it again. Why hasn’t someone sponsored this man already??? I have danced my whole life and I know that dancers don’t get the recognition we deserve. But we do it anyway bc of fiery passion and the beating of our souls in sync with the beat of the music. He needs to be recognized. This required extreme dedication and talent. WTF is his clothes are made of to stick so well to the pole?! Pole dancers usually are practically naked because it's easier to stick to the pole with bare skin.

he isnt using his legs to hold the pole which is why they can be covered and he is wearing special pole shoes. the part of his body that sticks to the pole in this routine are his upper torso, arm pits and hands which are clearly exposed
womanruntings james There parts when he is holding to the pole with nothing more than his legs. Moreover, he even uses JUST his legs to climb higher and nothing else. So you're wrong here. The pants must be of some special material, too.

It looks like it's silicone pole. It's hard to tell because it's so dark. You're supposed to wear clothes when you use a silicone pole. His clothes also have tack to help him stick.

Eh, I really like his floor work, but it's just that, floor work. I remember girls getting docked for spending too much time on the floor in the past competitions. He can dance though, that's for certain!
Dance monkey acrobatics- inverted extreme splits -twisted gyrations, but is it dance?

I can see how this is great, but it looks more like he is just trying to show off his tricks on the pole rather then dancing with the pole. I dunno, maybe that was the whole point of the competition?
