White granular sugar 60 grams(not very sweet) 0:54,
Purple sweet potato paste 120 grams(after being handled) 1:19,
Oil 40 grams 1:25,
All-purpose flour 200 grams(for making oil dough) 1:36,
Water about 80 grams 1:42,
All-purpose flour 300 grams(for making pastry) 2:08,
Lard 150 grams 2:09,
Mozzarella cheese proper amount 2:48,
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 150 degrees, bake it for about 20 mins in middle of oven.
