I think whatever spooked the geese also spooked the chickens that’s why the rooster was crowing the alarm !
That may be cause the roosters aren’t normally like that. Must have been a prowler last night.
I think the geeze are very agressive. They are protective. I am glad to see the cats being more friendly. 🌞🌞🌞
yeah those two cats are doing much better. The geese are so much more protective when they are breeding too, they'll calm down a bit soon but really they're protective all the time. Plus I think I have 2 boys which makes it worse, I should only have 1 boy to lessen the aggression.

What a Tom girl Olive is, especially with the red bow askew on her head🎀. Bobby is such a big boy now it’s hard to imagine how small he was not so long ago. The garden awaits…… and the greenery is going to be sooooo…. welcome and wonderful to watch grow. The appearance of the strawberries 🍓.. oh yeah !
Pigs are so solid too, like a stone. Hopefully we can actually get some strawberries out of it, last year we had zero. 😊

Been watching your channel for a few months and must admit I am enjoying it a good deal. You mentioned wanting a round or large substantial pool for the animals that would stand up better than the vinyl pools. I would suggest checking around for a used farm water tote. They con come in sizes that stand 4 or 5' high. Just use a saw and cut them into appropriate depths. You should be able to get two out of one of those containers. You could also look at a water tank of a water containment system that you might find used and either saw the ends off for use or saw top to bottom to get on larger tub for water. They will cost a bit more but they will stand up to years of use by your small animals.
Thanks man, that might be a fine idea. I’m willing to spend a bit more to get one that lasts especially when I tip it over to empty these kiddie pools are so flimsy. We’ll see. 🍺

Olive cracks me up! 😂 I've got a Shetland Sheepdog and I call him my Teflon coated dog. Mud like that? As soon as he's dry it's like he never got dirty. Not so much Molly and Olive I bet.

Old English Sheepdogs have that magical repellant hair too. When they're drying out in the laundry room it ends up looking like a white sand beach lol.

We’re always sore when just getting started after winter 😂 With that heat wave we had most of the snow is gone now, but it’s cold again today.

Yes she really would, sometimes I have no choice but to film it lol. She literally brings me the ball and whines 100 times a day. She's so sweet and yes I'm happy too about the cats but still lots more time needed.

Have you thought of raising turkeys on small scale? A lot of homesteaders make quite good incomes during thanksgiving & Christmas periods
Yes, but I'd most likely start really small and just raise a few for us. If I like the experience then we can plan to scale it up. I was thinking Red Bourbon Turkeys, They're a heritage breed and very beautiful.
I can't get over how you guys got so much damn snow on the ground still LOL I guess being where I'm at in the South you take that s*** for granted. My vegetable garden is already doing amazing corns 24 in tall meantime your poor self got snow on the ground LOL I'm sorry bro I'm sending nothing but positive lovelight and lots of sunshine to melt that crap off and dry it up a little
It’s all good…gonna melt soon. I’m raring to get the garden going but out sowing time is usually late May.
@@HiddenSpringFarm I know Bubba we had a late Frost here and it wiped out my garden like I've stated in my other comment section. I'm just now getting everything re-establish going again. But pay attention to all your plants that you're leaving outside that you're starting. They're jumping on us at night I know you see what they're doing during the daytime with those let's just say tick tack toe boards in the sky..
But anyway I've noticed and a bunch of other people went to Clemson station and a couple other places and we're questioning them they said it's ozone issues or a solar issue but I know better I had some of my material sense off in the friend of my dad's a scientist they're jumping all kind of screwed on this at night all the pools for my animals have to be cleaned everyday there's an oily residue on top of the water I can clean the water and have brand-new freshwater just before dark and in the morning when I get up usually the animals aren't even in the pool yet, and there's an oily residue all over the water and then it's all over my plants so I run out and spray everything off before the sun gets too high and hopefully that helps a little. I don't know what else is going on I just know that my plants are acting really funny especially the ones that we're Outdoors compared to the ones that were in the greenhouse. My greenhouses hermetically sealed with a HEPA filter because I grow mushrooms. So I know for a fact that no chemicals are inside of the greenhouse none of my plants in the greenhouse suffered any Burns. Only the ones that were outside that tells me it's not the son and it's not an ozone issue

Thnx so much for watching. Cats collars are fine, they’re all safety collars and I can fit 2 fingers under them. But Mango & Tango are still growing and need to adjust every once in a while. 😊

Kumusta? What we do is have them stay in the laundry room to dry. It’s like miracle hair though and as mud dries it flakes off leaving it looking like a beach in the room. Then it doesn’t even look like it was dirty at all. 😉
Mabuhay! Yes our daughter has 2 OES. They are 2 males Gus and Dennis. They are almost identical to Molly and Olive. Grooming is definitely the hardest part of owning a old English. Keep the videos coming. You do a great job with your farm. I wish we could get fresh eggs like you do. Sigi na!
