安哥平时最喜欢的这一道黯然销魂的炒饭,加上几条辣椒干和小辣椒,
虾米干贝腊肠明虾黄梨大葱蒜米 ,特别开胃刺激,吃了很有满足感
辣椒黄梨炒饭
材料: Ingredients:
一碗米饭 - a bowl of rice
三条长豆 3 Long beans
两条小辣椒 - 2 bird's eye chili (chili padi)
三条 辣椒干 - 3pcs Dried chili
半条腊肠 - ½ roll Chinese sausage
½粒 大葱 - ½ pcs onions
适量的黄梨 - Proper Amount of Pineapple
10粒 小干贝 - 10 small scallop
5只 明虾 - 5 medium-sized prawns
适量的 虾米 - Desired Amount of dried shrimp
少许盐 - dash of salt
汤匙 酱油 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
一汤匙蚝油 - 1tbsp oyster sauce
半茶匙 黑酱油 - ½ tsp black soy sauce
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
两汤匙 油 - 2 tbsp Oil
一汤匙 蒜末 - 1tbsp minced garlic
1粒 鸡蛋 - 1 egg
