and here's Gyokko's Backstory in MY AU bc Mui didn't give him a chance to explain his backstory
WARNING: This is all in MY AU, none of this are canon!
Extra details:
1. His brothers we're all fishermen like the rest of the family
2. Gyokko is the source of money of his family, in fact, he was the one who higher up their family rank from low-class citizen to middle-class citizen
3. Gyokko was 14 when he was drowned and turned into a demon by Muzan
4. Gyokko has always been fascinated by the ocean, he gets most of the creativities from it but his parents usually prevents him from going there
5. Gyokko and Tamayo only knew each other for 2 weeks or less

@pepekakaland9752 I’ll say that gyokko’s backstory is sad, well with his parents dying, but what make it a bit sadder (to me) is him, not finding it sad but, him finding it beautiful(their dead bodies) and maybe he coped with that, with finding ugly and disgusting things beautiful.

Gyokko's Backstory is actually Like This:
Gyokko's Human Form Name is Managi.Managi's Parent died because of their ship sank and because of that Managi became a Weird Kid that he was creeping villagers and in that village some people was going missing and villagers they suspected about Managi and when villagers go to Managi's House the missing villagers was stuffed in jars.When Managi's Execute time come Managi is turned a Demon by Muzan who impressed by the Managi's Work.

What I noticed, is also Gyokko's fists in his full form, it's the same color as Muichiro's tips too- They have a lot in common ironically

AAA I actually love to headcanon that (in Gyokkos canon story) when he was st4bbed and left to die he was st4bbed beyond recognition and that’s why his face is so weirdly shaped :D

Well to be fair we never saw Gyokko’s backstory in the original it was just said in a book. And nothing really contradicts it if we use this one

ngl gyokkos og backstory was sad he became mentally ill after his parents passing ( he started liking dead bodies due as a coping mechanism ) and instead of the villagers helping him they shunned him then yk he went mad and was executed and muzan found him. His fate was so preventable had they just given him help as a kid instead of allowing him to grow up like that :/

@@bruhtnt4258 not really he was more devoid of emotion as a chuild but that was really only due to the fact he had to suck it up and listen to everyones problems over the years
not immedietly no, he originally just found beauty in that stuff because its how some people cope, but since no one helped him or told him as a kid that coping like that isnt necessarily healthy.. he slowly grew up to be more morbid

Muzan offered to cure her like in canon but he warned her what might happen.
When Tamayo killed her family she blamed Muzan anyway.

It wasn't Tamayo who killed her family,it was a ordinary Bloodthirsty demon who Invaded her home,But since was already a demon by then,She survived the attack, but she blamed Muzan anyway Because since he technically made the Demon,They must have died because of him(When in reality It was just a random demon that went out of control) Even tho Muzan felt bad because the attack happened out of Nowhere
