  • This video is a presentation of "Restoring State Sovereignty Through Nullification Act" sponsored by the Honorable Representative Bud Hulsey (R) District 2, and Senator Janice Bowling (R) District 16.
What this bill is about is aptly described in its title; "Restoring State Sovereignty Through Nullification Act"
Its about stopping federal overreach. Its about stopping unconstitutional conduct by the federal government.
I encourage you to listen carefully to Representative Hulsey’s presentation.
I wrote on the state right of nullification in 2021 regarding unlawful mandates by the federal government. I have stated our legislature is incompetent and cowardly not asserting this state right.
How the federal government is able to get away with federal overreach, is through bribery and extortion; using our own tax dollars as incentive to our state government to abide by federal overreach, or not receive federal dollars for education, healthcare, infrastructure, etc., etc.
This bill passed subcommittee in the House.
In Senate subcommittee, The Honorable Mark Pody, motioned to consider the bill. But the cowards; Senators Richard Briggs (Chair), Page Walley, Ed Jackson, Sara Kyle, Adam Lowe, John Stevens, Ken Yager, and Jeff Yarbro would not even raise their voice to second the motion to consider the bill, and it failed. Chair of that committee Richard Briggs even appeared to me as rude to the sponsor.
Obviously, these traitors are for sale, and federal incentive dollars are more important to them than state sovereignty and rights of the people.
What I have been working diligently on is teaching the people that we the people already have the power to do what was in this bill through exercise of the right of remonstrance and right to instruct our representatives in Article I, Section 23 of the Constitution of the State of Tennessee.
Perhaps more of the people will learn what I have to teach before it is too late as Representative Hulsey states at the conclusion of his presentation.
