    I don’t remember which video but one of the full body dance ones i challenged my boyfriend to do with me because he said the same thing, “it’s not a workout” lol he gave up before it ended and I was still going! He lifts weights and does cardio 5 or 6 times a week.

    You're INCREDIBLE, I used to do this dance workout last summer like for a month every single day, and gues what I lost almost 10 kilos and now I'm doing this again and I really can see the results.     I am Truely grateful I found your workouts I was at 187 and I will be 40 next year in February, I have been following your workouts for less than a month now and I have changed my eating I am now 161 pounds.     This workout does not only help me tone up my body but it actually gains my confidence and makes me open up about my sexuality lmao I almost gave up like three times because I looked stupid in the mirror and but instead of giving up i took a moment to watch how you move and I can say im getting better.       Hi Lisa. Have you got any results or fallen off the wagon? If you have you can get back on again. I can imagine how tough Keira makes us work. O discovered her years a go but found it really tough. Im now at a fitness level where I'm ready to try her again. 56 also!

    Hi Ms. Lshae i have had amazing results in this 40 days that I made apart of my 40 day Lenten journey. 3 inches if belly fat. Im turning 56 tomorrow and i have lost 150lbs over this two years but the belly was awful! I was prepared to due sono bello , but I told myself to give you a try so i would be the best shape with sono bello . But now I am inspired by the current results. Maybe if this continues I wont need Sono Bello.

    wow thats a harsh one! Keaira you inspire me! I gotta say Im in a wheelchair so not every of them I can do to the full straight but I can do them all at an extend! Thats cool! and now being on quarantine, I get my portion of energy from your workouts! If you got time do one workout sitting :D but in any case your workouts are so accessible for me! Thank you

      +TheFasmiley. No gym just KEARIA workouts no diet just eathing healthy, & plenty of water.I walk alot and drink shakes i fix myself.I only workout with kearia she's my motivation..Good luck & keep in touch 2 see how we progress😃💪💪

    before, i wasnt able to finish this workout i gave up in the first 5 6 minutes but today i finished it succesfully and i didnt end up closing it and lay on the floor haha and im happy about it!! You made me love working out Kaeira you're super great!!💗

    Loved this workout! I'm in shape, but am always looking for workouts to maintain my fitness level that are enjoyable, besides just going to the gym... Plus I've just become a vegan as of February 2016 after watching a great documentary (Cowspiracy) and am in loved with the fact that Keaira LaShae is a vegan as well!

    Hey, I saw your video and felt my years back. I am 51 years old and dancer your exercises seemed very familiar to me and I know it is more than just a workout. And the moves are not special that all can do it.     Hello! I was trying for a time exercises that were so boring. No music, or if they had they were bored and looking too much like training. To tell you the truth, I wasn't fan of dancing videos. Until I found this +superherofitness Keaira Lashae and I'm not regretting! Can honestly say I started with this like a week ago and I'm exercising everyday with your videos, I feel my best, and what I really wanted, remaining fit but having lots of fun.     Kiera, I LOVE you. I'm 55, smack in the middle if menopause hell, hormones going wacky. Your ab workouts are working! 4x a week with light aerobics 2 other days (and 6 to.9 cups of veggies a day) my "menopause middle" is definitely less. I have a hint of a waist. Thank you!

I found your channel two years ago when I had my daughter, few days after we got home from the hospital I was ready to get my body back, and I didn't want to go to the gym cause I was breast feeding, and plus I wasn't feeling my body, from 11/10/2013 up to this time I've been working out to your videos my body, I lost my baby fit and my body looks even better than before, people can't even tell I have a kid if I don't tell them myself, #MY #HUSBAND can't keep his eyes or his hands of me!!!!     I am also a member at ifyoucanmove.com and we need more videos like this on there although I enjoy the towel dance which is similar but I would love more videos that the focus is on off the floor abs my problem area and for the people who have not tried out ifyoucanmove you need too it only gets better I found her on youtube March 2015 and it has been on since then she motivates me In a way that no one has and this is coming from someone who was 268 pounds and have been heavy my whole life but now I am 210 (still not at target but going strong) and my husband cant believe how much my body spirt and mind have changed BIGGG Thanks Keaira LaShae #superhero #ifyoucanmove #wearethemovement

    Performed this workout with a folded resistance band and got my little sweat on! Just came out of a 30 Day Yoga Challenge w/occasional Pilates so this makes quite a change but I love dance, so I felt motivated. I think I'll make next week my Dance Cardio week, I just added some of your dance inspired workouts to my queue.
