I see this hotel is pretty close to the airport.I think I noticed like 7 miles. By chance have you stayed anywhere else farther in? I see the Riu's are like 20 miles in and curious to know is that "dead" area?
How was check in? Lots of people on fan page say they book a premium room and then have to sit and argue to get what they paid for. Any answers for that?? Very stressful for guests. I’m there in March and if I have to haggle with them after prepaying for my beach front room premium I’ll be making my own video guaranteed. On blast!
I have heard comments also about lines and problems at check in. I only stayed one night as part of a pre-cruise program. I checked in at 3 pm and it was fine. I would check more reviews on Tripadvisor for a well rounded review by those who stayed at the resort for a full vacation week. I wanted to show what the hotel looks like here and what the property has for amenities. It is in a beautiful spot on the beach. I really enjoyed the spa! Thanks for watching.
