I was having one of those lazy days but instead of ordering door dash, I made these easy keto recipes that are high in protein. I show you how to make a "tater tot" breakfast bowl, lemongrass chicken and noodles and dessert!

Tater Tot Breakfast Bowl
4 slices bacon, cooked
3 cauliflower tots, broken up
3/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Lemon Grass Chicken & Noodles
-Chicken Marinade--
6 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 teaspoons lemongrass paste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon sugar-free sweetener
Add everything to a bowl with the chicken and let marinade for 30-60 minutes. Then air fry the chicken at 375 degrees F for 8-9 minutes or until cooked through. Or bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
-Sauce & Noodles-
1/4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar-free sweetener
1/2 teaspoon arrowroot powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 package of Miracle Noodles
Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside. Add sliced cooked chicken, carrot and cucumbers to the skillet. Pour in the sauce. Let cook until thickened. Stir in green onion.
Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup macadamia nut milk (or any nut milk)
1/2 cup blueberries
1 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener
1 scoop unflavored low-carb protein powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Blend everything until smooth. Then pour in Ninja Creami containers to freezer for 24 hours. Use the lite icecream function twice on the mixer. Can also make in a regular ice cream maker right away.

For me it’s sliced salami and gouda cheese (maybe a hard-boiled egg) if lazy and really snackish. Dill pickle or a couple big olives olives if I’m just trying not to eat YET ANOTHER handful of macadamia nuts. 😂

No fish sauce. Unless you really love fish, which I don't. Sesame oil, hoisin sauce adds great flavor.

Fyi, I am obsessed with ketogenic woman's egg fast ice cream recipe. I up the recipe a bit to fit the creami container better. Current favorite is sweetened with skinny syrup butter toffee . If I'm not worried about carbs, top it off with heavy cream. Sometimes, i use coffee depending on the flavor
With the heat index it was 105 today. My butt slept, woke up ate fast and slept some more. I didnt go anywhere. I did nothing. Its finally night and still smoking outside.
It's been that way all week here. Everyday. Completely miserable 🥵

Lemongrass paste is great. I've messed around with fresh lemongrass before - basically you need to grind it into a paste with mortar and pestle, and you need to add rock salt as you grind, to get a really smooth paste, but it takes ages and you'll never get it as smooth as the pre-made stuff in a tube.

Egg whites are not a complete protein if they do not include the yolk
Not true, while I don't like them personally they do contain all 9 amino acids which make them a complete protein.
My lazy meal replacement is protein powder mix with water… this looks pretty good but not a lazy meal for me. Thanks for these recipes.

When I am lazy, I am making hamburger (cheese,tomato, lettuce, onion, pickles) with keto muffin bought from supermarket or fried rice(cauliflower) with eggs,bacon and greens.
I like to eat two meals per day and find it difficult to get all the protein in. Experts say that the body can only digest about 30g of protein at a time so I may just have to start having three meals within my eating window.

Eggs without the yolks are nasty. And no real nutritional value. Turnip tots would be good. Can doctor them up to simulate potatoes.
Love the breakfast idea, but those veggie tots are 13 net carbs per 6 tots with lots of non-keto ingredients... seems a lot to me :/

None of this is healthy. This is exchanging obscure, and this woman is still overweight and eating lots of dietary fat. Dietary fat is the biggest cause of insulin resistance far beyond any other factor. What happened to common sense and eating a low-fat diet, full of lots of fruit, clean, lean potatoes White rice, pasta and corn, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
