When I visited England. I loved all the shops. There was so much variety. As you Brits say, "Lovely."
Brighton was my home for four years and I can confirm it’s the best place ever!
Love you 2 Brits. I had to laugh, Lia "crispy bacon" as she pokes it with her fork and it jiggled....lol. Crispy bacon doesn't jiggle....it would go crunch if you poked it with a fork.
I call it Stand Up bacon. That bacon of Lia's would fall over backwards as Lia does when Joel drops one of his lovely joke grenades into the convo.
properly cooked bacon falls appart when u bite into it and is just shy of burned

I had to serve a crumbly cake like that once at a wedding. I was mortified at the beginning giving people small piles of crumbs of cake and by the end it was just hysterical. 😂

Brighton is one of my favorite places in England...Stayed at the Metropole many many times over the years!
Greece yesterday, Brighton today, this is wonderful! Thank you Joel and Lia! I've been virtually travelling online to different parts of England to help me cope with being banished from travelling abroad (we Americans still haven't gotten it together!), and I discovered a town called Brixham and another called Mousehole. They're both lovely fishing villages. I wonder if you know of them? Thanks for another great video!

I admit I had to look up where these places are on a map. Had no clue. Very interesting video.
Only place I ever been close to this was hot springs but its on much smaller scale but the strip there reminds me of Brighton.
Choccywoccydoodah closed a year prior to Covid. People came to look but not to buy the £100 chocolate bars etc.
The Pavillion architecture is a fusion of Chinese and Indian styles. It is stunning inside. It was a hospital for wounded soldiers in World War One.
The Prince Regent had a tunnel built between the Palace and the stables (now the Brighton museum) - this was so the public didn't see him as they tended to ridicule him:D

Some bars in the U.S. are only allowed to be open if they also serve food (COVID rules). Maybe The Ivy had the same restrictions. You don't have to eat it, but you have to order something.

A little over an hour by train and quite a frequent service too so very do-able for a day trip.
You guys should do something outside of the cities. Like the Lake District, or the Northumberland Coastal towns/villages and beaches on your next trip. Or is that too far? Lol

In Santa Fe you have to wear your mask anywhere in public...literally walking your dog down the street all by yourself not another human being around and you have to have it on. My boss was hiking a mountain and had it on😰 in this town you pretty much get assaulted even if you are a football field away without a mask. I wish it was as lenient as the UK. I love these videos! Please go to all of the tourist attractions for me! Inside all of the palaces and castles and small villages and towns and Museums!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Choccywoccydoodah actually shut down in May of 2019. It had nothing to do with Covid. It seems they left a lot of people without cakes. ☹️
