It made me feel seen lol I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and it just made sense on how I have never been able to follow a routine or had trouble remembering things or having difficulty listening to people talk.

I'm so happy you got your treadmill. I just want to say thank you Jasmine for making your content. Because of you and other CZcamsrs I've been able to change my financial journey and accomplish some of my financial goals last year and this year. I know there's a lot of financial info out there but just take baby steps and look into what's in line with your goals.
omg my bipolar used to make me impulse spend as well. now when I get the urge I usually watch budget videos to get me in check ❤
It’s so awesome that you share a deeper you (ig that’s how to explain it to your viewers). For me I suffer from depression and anxiety, and the way to help me feel “happy” is to spend money. But afterwards I’m like why did I spend this when I don’t need it and I’m trying to save. But it one step at a time, great video as always Jaz🖤
Hey sister! Yes! I totally get the emotional spending. It’s one of those things you just have to face head on. Once you notice that you’re doing it try to find a better way to self soothe. That always helps me. Sending you love.

I think the videos where you go on little rants or tell personal stories are your best; there are so many cash stuffing/budgeting channels out there, how honest and personable you are + the fact that you've actually lived a life with struggles that others can related to are probably part of the reason your channel took off! I am not a fan of investment tiktok, most of it is very disingenuous (and some of it is very bad advice) and is mainly people making stuff up or repeating the same generic advice looking for views; learning about finances is hard and I feel terrible for all the people who take it to heart as they aren't learning from people who have their best interests in mind.
Yes mental health affects the money. I just realized that about myself a year ago and have been taking steps to heal. You heal one you heal the other. I am so glad you are speaking on this!

Extremely well said. I appreciate when we get the real picture and not a painted one. If people don't want to share, then don't say anything, which is also fine. I don't believe just because someone shares a part of their journey (no matter the journey), doesn't mean the rest of their life is fair game. People irritate me that believe because someone is on the internet that they can hide behind a screen and ridicule them. With ALL of that said, I appreciate and enjoy your videos.

I have also struggled with major depression since a kid and it went undiagnosed and untreated for years and it tore my finances up. I will have to check the brand out because I was in the same boat trying to find a smaller treadmill that can still handle heavy weight! 💜 And I 100% agree about buying vs. renting. Owning a home takes so much work 😫! So make sure you are ready for that and not rush into something you will regret. I think you are going to love your luxury rental at this point of your journey!! Hey girl another great video. My parents struggled with addiction and had a toxic relationship with money so i never learnt about finances. Despite swearing to never be like them i found myself making the same mistakes and it wasnt until last year when we hit rock bottom i decided to change our whole view on money. I found the budgeting community, started a side hustle and am working really hard. For the first time we have savings and have a goal of having our own home. I still learn something everyday and we have made mistakes but we are moving forward and making progress.

I think it’s really cool for people to use under the desk treadmill for those who who are brave enough to do so I think I would forget I’m walking while I’m working and I would fall flat on my ass LOL I do have a treadmill and I like it and I use it while I’m watching videos on my CZcams so that keeps me motivated as well so I just pop on my treadmill watch my CZcams videos that I get caught up on and walk it out girl. Super happy that you were able to get yourself one of those I think it’s amazing. I’m looking at getting a standing desk but at the same time I’m gonna get when I’m super high chairs to for moments that I want to sit down and not stand up all the time lol great job Jasmine love in this video

new subscriber here :) after your challenges ,how often do you cash out your tabs or do you just use them when it comes to pay bills etc.for example when it time to pay your bills do you takee the money from the bills envelope and pay bills or wait until after your challenge is over ? i hope this makes sense .

I also understand your battle with mental health, it’s not easy. I have social anxiety and this crept upon me within last 1.5 years, but I’m getting help for it and other conditions because I was an online shopper, and shopping was weighing me down physically & emotionally

When you started off did u ever have to dip into your savings or any savings challenge money for things that you ran out of money for from your sinking fund? I had to end up dipping into my savings for my business and I’m sort of demotivated now. Also as a small business owner my income is very variable how did you come up with a fixed figure to pay yourself? Lastly do you pay yourself from the profits or the revenue? P.s you inspired me to start my own budget binder and be more mindful of my spending. Love these videos

I love watching your videos. It shocks me how much things cost in the states. $600 (£467) for 6 months worth of car insurance? Did I get that right? I only pay £320 ($410) for a year! How do you guys all afford to live? I watch a lot of food haul vlogs too. It honestly amazes me the cost of food. I think I’d be living in a cardboard box on the streets 😂

Lol. Honestly, idk how some people live. The rising costs are causing a lot of people to be unhoused or living with family. I remember at my last job I was STRUGGLING and one of my coworkers making the same pay I was… also had 3 kids. Idk how she was making it.
@@Baddiesandbudgets it’s really scary. It’s happening over here too. The price of diesel is ridiculous. I used to be able to fill my car for £65 it’s now nearly £100. Gas and electricity has gone up along with rent, council tax, water rates and food. They haven’t gone up by much but if you add them all together it’s a lot. If I hadn’t have started budgeting a few months ago I think we would be homeless by now. People here are even turning off their heating because they can’t afford it and so many people only have one meal a day. It’s wrong really. The earth isn’t anyone’s to own we shouldn’t have to pay to live xxx
