Sir, In eigrp actually we no need to advertise the loopbacks . In eigrp we just advertise the connected networks only . IGP protocol just for reachability we use under the BGP.

How is possible you can ping from R3 to R4 but not viceversa ? This doesn't seem to be right. Ping should not come back when trying from R3.
