- Duck Farm - Over 4 Million Duck Eggs are Produced Every Day? | Laying Duck Farm
There are billions of ducks raised on farms in Asia. Unlike poultry raised on closed farms, ducks often like to roam freely in large fields or swamps. Especially in China and Southeast Asia, fields after rice harvest are very suitable for grazing ducks. Ducks can freely roam in the wild and forage for themselves. But for farms raising ducks to lay eggs, it is necessary to build a barn for the ducks to lay eggs every day

Why is duck meat so much more expensive than chicken in the USA? Are ducks more difficult to raise? There are millions of them just like chickens... or why?
Everything is more expensive in the US
Ducks are not difficult to raise. Ducks and pigs are the same when it comes of raising them. They are dirty animals, just kiddin😂😂😂 chicken are the main target of birdflu. 45days chicken are the fastest to harvest while ducks need 3 to 6 months just like pigs
@@bluewolf4789 but consume less feed and are more versatile/adaptable to free range. . the meat is better quality. broiler chicken is nothing but air although a great cost effective way of feeding large populations
@@bluewolf4789 Then why is duck meat more expensive than chicken?
@@bluewolf4789 If chicken is even more difficult to raise, finally answer my question, why is duck more expensive?
