The loop is there because you could have multiple attachments with one record. Hence this solution will process all the attachments for a specific record to Document library.

You can query SharePoint library via flow Using filter query on name column to determine if the same file name already exist, if does, get the id and update it otherwise create a new one. Or simply choose replace option if already exists when adding a create file action.

    Hi Friend,
It's possible to add an attachment to an specific item in microsoft list using power automate?
    Example:
My microsoft lists contains two rows
    Row | Description | attach
    1 Item 1 Item 1.pdf
    2 Item 2
So I put in a folder a PDF file called "Item 1"
What I wanted is that in power automate, when a file is copied in the folder, power automate identifies the name of the file called "Item 1" and attaches the PDF into the microsoft list item in it's respective item automatically.
    It's possible?
