Capcom's - Mega Man X 5 - Shadow Devil.
aka: Yellow Devil, Bumo & Wily Battle [in MM Powered up (psp) ]
The thing came back as 'Shadow Devil', so it could kick X's and Zero's a$$.
I bet that Yellow Devil (just like Wily's bots) can't damage reploids, mostly because they're all outdated, I dunno, I didn't write the series to begin with.
For example; in a game world, a squirrel can take down a panzerwagen by just throwing a nut at it, by this I mean that everything's pawssibull.
