This amp completely flew under my radar. Looks and sounds sick!
Nice choice of speaker too. The K100 was and is underrated
So sad they discontinued the K100 :(
Oof. 4599€ is a bit of a punch to the gut though
@@KDHAgree!
@@KDH I'm pretty sure it was the T100 they discontinued
Lotta 3kHz in the K100, and not much 4kHz+ chime. Very metallic sounding, if that's what you like, and the 3kHz is piercing compared to speakers with a dip there.
I am sure your cat is very happy with that big box!
I love the large channel buttons :)
thank you for actually playing it for a few mins. unboxing vids where people dont at least plug it in always drives me nuts.
Looks awesome. Just a shame 95% of the guitar community can’t afford that price tag
95% is optimistic haha
$4000 is pricey , but for all that it covers and potentially replace, it seems pretty affordable.
A number of musicians have a good amount of gear capital from years of collecting and GAS to use if they really wanted to move into amp.
So maybe 93% 😆
Ok think I'll stay with my €27 amp then 😊
How much is a Mesa MkVII these days?
@@NedJeffery, hahaha our minds went to the same amp
This is literally a "do it all" amp. You can get any tone out of it seemingly. It has options like a modeler, or a BOSS Katana. Without having to hook it up to your computer or tablet. Very cool, K. You should use that crunch sound on a WALKER tune!
It will outlast any digital hooohah too!
@@weschilton Definitely more repairable. Which is a problem in our industry. Being able to repair products is going out the window these days.
Sneaking up on 100k SUBS too!
Slowly getting there
Channel 3 to Channel 4 sounded like the difference between rock and metal. With all these different channels for different levels of overdrive this seems like the amp for the guy who is tired of tripping over all the distortion pedals he has to scatter all over the stage. It seems like there is loads of flexibility and I can see something like this being very handy in a studio.
Hands down the best amp I've ever played. If I ever get the opportunity, it'll be just this forever! Great video, chief!
Michael Nieslen did a feature on this a little while back, absolutely amazing piece of kit. Looking forward to a "Full" full review 🤣
When I watched your NAMM coverage, this amp stood out to me. After seeing this video (being not too in-depth), I really want this amp. I imagine after watching your upcoming in-depth video, I (along with many others) will likely buy this amp.
Congrats boss!👍
I dig it. Very nice sounding amp and pretty solid feature set. Great "mini" review, sir, thanks.
I thought this would be a "quick" video.... It's not 😄
I thought this would be an interesting video. It’s not…….
You gotta edit tighter or else your boss Squeaky is gonna crack down.
@@roaringsteelmediait’s less than 20 mins and you can always scroll through if you want to.
@@MrturtlestompsYou’re a prick.
45min is the medium these days.
Love it! Sounds fantastic!!!
Amazing amp! What an amazing range of tones! Love it!
Love that thing. I’ll look for the full review!!!
My Friend Just Got One.. It's The Most Versatile Amplifier I've Ever Played!! 🤘👍
holy moly! this amp is indeed amazing! now I want one
The amp sounds great, I'm looking forward to the full review. Btw, as a Gen Xer who was a big hair metal fan back in the day, it was really nice to hear you play a bit of In My Dreams.
I'm digging this thing wow, very Interested. Thanks
cool amp i like it . thanks for the info . will look into it. rock on dude
Zuta builds some great amps. The guy knows his tones and he knows how to build a modern amp. The less complicated two channel models are very easy to work on too.
They’re not inexpensive, but you get a lifetime piece of gear that should last like a 50’s/60’s Fender.
It sounds killer, Great playing 🎶
I got one a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it!
That sounds tremendous, clean mode sounds smashing!
I think this is the first time I see this man happy for something
That's one sweet bit of kit.
Wow, this amp looks awesome!
Oh my.....i may have try one if i see it.
Good review as always 👌
Very cool amp! Absolute masterpiece in design.
Yeah man, that thing was badass at NAMM. Stoked to see the whole vid.
This is excellent!
That sounds great!
For a metal guitarist, that amp is probably all you'll need. I'm sure it's way more versatile than that and I look forward to the deep dive video. Very impressive, hope they do well
Very impressive.Looks to be able to handle anything. Nothing like the sound and feel of real power tubes. A shame few can afford it however.
Great job on the Dokken at 8:00. In My Dreams is a killer riff.
KDH Glad you got it !
I'm glad I saw you at NAMM !
Can't wait to see your review on ZUTA GBG 120 !
🤘🤘
This really sounds good.
It looks really cool and sounds great too
I love the interface, its very unique and sounds great
That amp sounds amazing! What features!
Holy shit...great tones and flexibility. An all-in-one amp solution that's actually satisfying!
Love it 🤘 Definitely a shredders amp.
It sounds great.👍
Finally, a new amp that is actually full of insanely cool NEW things. What a badass amp.
I knew we'd see this thing on your channel lol it's a beast
it looks like the interior of a Buick. Super simple, giant labeling and made for old people
Nice amp, lots of variations!
the video is much appreciated and it sounds pretty nice -- we would expect high quality, durability, and tone for $4k
Sound awesome 😎
Thats an incredible amp! Would be too much for my feble brain.
Crackin vid sir :)
Wow, fantastic.
This is such a transparent and fair demo for what also caught my attention. The very kind builders also let me know that it is well servicable by amp doctors anywhere in case it needs to be. Great playing and fun demo, thank you very much. Thinking seriously about this amp for the future.
That's a big one. So many amps now use proprietary parts from companies that would rather see that amp in a dumpster than on a technicians work bench. I won't even consider an amp if I can't work on it. To quote Louis Rossman, "Schematics or die."
Have a few pedals made by ZUTA and they are great . Sweet amp !
sounds legit and different. i like it
Cool amp. I like the chunky aesthetics. Very similar to my Engl Invader 2, which also is a 4-channel high gain amp with gate, solo, and 2 effects loops.
This thing is cool, never heard of the brand before. I think the two sets of tubes is an awesome idea.
You know an amp is good when i remember it from a namm video months ago! Really like the sound of it
I go to Gothenburg quite often and saw a few of these around. Was always curious!
I half expected this to be voiced for thrash metal with massive mid-scoops which is the exact opposite of what I play, I was pleased to see that it covers many styles of guitar and a lot of control.
I don't think I have seen a new rack mount amp that I liked since the '90s, not for me though as I don't use amps very much these days and if I do its my 1973 WEM Dominator MKII as I don't have a modelled version of it
Those buttons... they sound like bandit machine buttons... which are very satisfying!
Channel 1 and 2 are my jam! Sounds killer. Looks amazing too!
I think it was always for your videos great video and I learned a lot from this video I now kind of have a much better idea of what kind of an amp and what I would listen to and enjoy more than another type of Van I've always heard the terms tied mid-range boost mid-range Trump but with all your different settings and your like with all the different settings that has there and stuff and you're describing it as you're playing actually taught me what I would be looking for in an amp in the future instead of just buying something based on a term that I really didn't have a grasp on apparently so yeah thanks now I kind of know about like whether I like mid-range or not whether I like you know title loose or custom or not custom but vintage or modern or regular or whatever the hell so thanks this was a great learning video for me and and thank you plus you play really cool you're a good guitar player for sure and I say that actually you're a great guitar player LOL sincerely Bob th😊😊😊
ZUTA and Lichtlaerm Audio are on my wishlist this year
I knew it! You dog! I would never send it back😊 the review video could take a looooooong time to complete😂
Sounds amazing, channel 3 immediately has me thinking acdc tone
Reminds me of those old Steavens rackmount stuff, sounds sick!
Hotrodded SLO-100, wow, just wow!
I still struggle with the rack amplifier optics. Mind you, I use a JMP-1 forever, and love it. Latest additions were a 8 channel SYNERGY system. Still... 🙂.That being said, the ZUTA specs reminded me of my beloved ENGL Invader 150, 4 channels, 2 effect loops etc. head. I agree, no one needs 150W, but it was on offer, and I fell in love with the 3rd channel sound. What I like about the ZUTA is the switchable gate per channel. Very nice indeed.
Bro when they bother to install noctua fans, you know they thought things through.
The crunch channel sounds amazing.
Edit: So balanced.
daaaaaaaang is so good and sounds so gooooooood it's so versatile woooooooow
HOW MUCH THIS BEAUTY SON?
Versatile!!!
Amp sounds amazing. So many features. Just wish I had the money for one right now.
damn this goes hard
I really appreciate all the gear reviews you've done. How do the amps hold up in the long run? Which ones do you still own and love? DV Mark? Grand?
That's awesome
Looks like you’re having way too much fun
Hell of an balls out amp 👍
holy mackerel ,that AMP,
Just a quick look at the features, its friggin 8 amps (4 modes x solo) times 3 power amp options, and with the ability to turn on and off the main fx loop independently, thats 64 different options, and the price 4000 USD? Thats crazy wild!!!! Instant Wishlist!
it's got a face made for radio, that's for sure
Function over form taken as a command eh ?
finally something different on the valve amp front
Yes , but you have a very good guitar touch , great volecity and precise feeling sir.
Very interesting. Seems quite feature packed, without being heavily compromised. With anything compact, time will tell how it handles the heat, and if the boards stand up to time. No hate, but there's no real way to test reliability except to just use the heck out of it.
Noctua-fan, probably quality components, nice touch! I would have no problem recommending for those with deep pockets. If being price sensitive, no way, you can get great sounds ten times cheaper but yeah ...
Like having a fender clean with orange dirt and mesa distortion.....very kewl...
so cool
Did I hear some Dokken around 8 minutes? Hell yeah man!
This is the amp I've wanted since the NAMM video . Is that "gate" the same as the pedal version ? If so I might buy that gate , that was impressive .
Its really impressive to see someone actually innovating on the tube amp. It sounds very versatile too. Lots of great tones in there.
Bonus points for matching your guitar to the amp. Well played!🤣
I absolutely love how this amp looks! Sounds great yes but its also quite expensive... Lots of way cheaper amps that sound great these days.
Holy shit that is a true weapon of of mass distortion 😎
Me: Who will spend so much money on an amp that's way to loud to use it at home, while you can gig with the same Helix I am using at home.
Also me: Niiiiiice!
WoW 😮
C'mon bro who TF has four grand to drop on an amp?
The Ireland flag sticker would've looked better on the pick guard IMO. Keep on Rocking guys, the amp sounded killer! \m/
Zuta in da chuta! ;oP
can't wait for the full review
now i know what to do if i ever have $4000 burning a hole in my pocket
